Sea World Resort

The room was great for family of 5 in hotel. Breakfast was great and good variety. The beds were not comfortable at all. We choose this resort as it came with 3x park tickets which was good value. We would return here for sure

So so…. Not bad but not great. The first night we were put in a dungeon like room which had a sewerage smell, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain & you could hear every toilet flush, shower turn on, water running & footstep. The walls & floors were paper thin. Pillows were huge & uncomfortable. Breakfast line up was ridiculous. We were told to avoid peak time of 7am - 9am so we turned up at 9am & there was a line up 30 people deep at least so went to the overflow restaurant & it was crap. They ran out of food & cutlery. Food choices were limited & you could barely move. Next night we moved to a nicer room on 2nd floor but breakfast was still crazy busy & not very good quality food. Great if planning visit to SeaWorld but other than that I wouldn’t stay here. Nothing else close by, extremely overpriced & kids everywhere!! Mayhem!!

We had an excellent stay with other family members! Everyone enjoyed themselves, both adults and kids, and it ended well with the breakfast buffet the morning we left! The whole stay was excellent value!

Great experience for the kids having theme park tickets and buffet breakfast included. Resort is really set up well with plenty for families to do and reasonably priced dining options.

Amazing midweek getaway! Pool & waterpark excellent for tweens & great visibility for parents to relax & supervise at the same time. All staff are incredibly amazing in ensuring a wonderful stay as soon as you enter - from maintenance, cleaning to food & entertainment. From child - comfortable bed, mini desk perfect to do work, perfect place for a nice holiday!

First holiday with our baby, and it was a great experience. The porta cott they gave us was a bit wonky, but other than that the stay was wonderful.

Great location, clean and the staff were very friendly. Its a dated building but the inside is fresh and the facilities are excellent. Buffet breakfast was great but you must book early for the Teppanyaki restaurant. Great place to take the kids.

Great place for kids

It was a great stay but would of been great if every room had a microwave to allow us to heat up food for a baby as well as a sink instead of having tobuse the shower to fill up the kettle with water if we were wanting drinking water for our baby or for teas and coffee within the room. This are just basic essentials that most cheaper hotel rooms provided and given i paid for a premium king room would think these would just be basic essential items for the price paid.

Check in very helpful. Could not get interconnecting room but was able to get rooms adjacent to each other which was a bonus. Ground floor near the pool was great for family
