InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, an IHG Hotel

Just the most beautiful resort! Everything was clean and stunning. Our room had everything we needed! The dining options on site were exceptional and our kids had the best time with the pools and mini golf. The service was outstanding and we everything was taken care of for us! We are already looking to come back!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! The service was exceptional, with everyone being incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond by giving extra attention to our son, making him feel special with complimentary gifts and chocolates. Our room was stocked with sweets, and they even took care of our luggage. We were provided with a free buggy ride to the village for dinner, where they dropped us off and picked us up afterward. We enjoyed delicious pasta at Ioseco. The beach was stunning, with warm water and complimentary water bean bags and table service right by the water's edge. There were plenty of activities for the kids, including large chess, mini-golf, and volleyball. The Marina was impressive, with all the yachts on display. It truly felt like a tropical island resort, despite being just an hour away from home. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience; we will definitely be returning!

Beautiful place, we stayed when it was quiet but during school holidays I can imagine this place would be utter pandemonium with kids everywhere: it’s very much a kid friendly resort, so be aware of that!

Blue lagoon great for children

We booked several rooms for our family and our friends too for my 60th birthday. I received bottle of champagne with card for my birthday and make my feel so special! We live all your friendly staff, especially cleaners and at pool area service. Thank you!

Great staff and family loved the lagoon bar staff there was helpfull and brillant hospitality 10 out of 10

We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas/New Year period. Overall a good start but there were some issues - staff generally we're unfriendly - our room was invested with mosquitoes (we couldn't leave doors open any time of the day) - the air conditioning unit in the room was loud - even when the fan was set to low. Finally, although breakfast was included, at check-in the didn't explain that it was only for the adults. We were presented the bill for our child's breakfast on checkout.

The staff were amazing and our kids loved it. Food and service was excellent. We will be back.

The lagoon is wonderful and well suited for toddlers to enjoy the beach experience safely. Breakfast was nice and food overall was pricey but tasty except the at Pool house where the food selection was greasy deep fried and not nice at all.
