Great location and fantastic room for family of 4, lots of space. Staff were very helpful

The parking is really really small. I have RAV4 and almost cannot park in, I need to fold the side mirror to do so. I need to give them your car key; even though I took all the things out, I still feel insecure. The receptionist explained they needed to move our car as people from cars next to us could not even open their doors to get in. So we didn't drive at all except check-in and out. Other than that, not much can be complained about. It has free laundry and drying machines, a light breakfast, bread (the toaster is dirty though), milk, and packet cereals. The location is a gem—close to everything. We have saved a lot of time, especially since we have a young kid with us.

We did not have onsite parking which is fine but we asked if we could use a temporary space to unload out bags and then move our car. The car park is dangerous to say the least. There is barely enough room for cars to park and the parking is so confusing. I couldn't find the bay they told me to park in (I was only allowed 10 minutes) so I pulled into any parking space to unpack the kids and car. When I got to reception to check in, I believe it was the manager who was very rude. She was more focused on having a go at me for not parking in the right spot and then kicking me out of the car park than actually booking us into the hotel. The actual receptionist seemed to be quite pleasant and was even trying to indicate to the manager that we had just arrived at the counter and she was helping us check in. The manager was so rude she didn't even pay attention to the receptionist and continued to tell me to move my car immediately. I sent my children up to the room and rushed to move my car. We couldn't move because another family was trying to park in the ridiculously tiny car park. The reception also advised that they would ensure that we had safe travel out of the car park and if anyone came down they would tell them to reverse. A car came down, they didn't tell them to reverse and we had to wedge carefully past each other. The offsite parking is much better! The light breakfast included in the price was also half missing - we won't be booking here again

Really handy to train. Staff were very helpful - particularly with storing bags. Room suited our needs perfectly for family of five.

Opposite Hyde Park and Museum station, the hotel was in an excellent & convenient location to get around. They kindly upgraded us to a larger room for our family. The room was clean, tidy and had a small kitchenette which was handy. A continental breakfast was also supplied. A good value stay! Would recommend!

Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Price is good for the area. They have rooms available that are family friendly.

Loved our large family room with 5 beds and beautiful view. Room was ready early which was awesome and we got an extra hour for checkout. If you have a family and need space, stay here.

My family enjoy staying here when we visit for Vivid. Great convenient location, clean and comfortable accommodation and just so easy.

Great family unit, with full kitchen facilities that provided great flexibility to choose to eat in or out. Continental breakfast was handy, while the free parking was welcomed. As the hotel's parking spaces were full, we had to park a couple of blocks over. Due to road restrictions we also had to transfer our luggage to the parking station rather than just at the hotel's front door. Recommended place to stay, considering its proximity to the city centre.
