We had booked a room for two but due to a family crisis we needed to take my two grandchildren and my mother. Nathaniel couldn’t do enough to acccommodate all of us and ensure our comfort. The morning staff the next day were just as friendly and helpful. The comfort of the beds and pillows was amazing.

11 family members from italy for 3 weeks and room for stay with siblings, so this hotel was close to my sister's place and was very well maintained and services were great. 2nd stay over the 3 weeks so probably stay again, one day that is.

Rooms very small but so modern and nicely decorated with such high quality fittings that it doesn’t really matter. Great large rain shower and a good bed. Make sure you have a meal at the club on level 2 of the building, good value, very attentive service and amazing food. The artisan cakes for desert made on site are amazing, even if you just look at them like we did. Our friend who was with us and who had a birthday the next day was given his choice of one free, he took it back to his room and said it was amazing. Whilst on the subject of cakes etc, if you want a coffee can highly recommend the Greek cake shop just inside the street level of Westfield which is just across the road from the Hotel entrance, it has been in business since 1955 in Hurstville and in the same family and all the traditional food is next level and beautiful to look at.

I stayed here for two nights. Check in was a bit slow... they are very friendly and helpful but unfortunately offering information guests didn't ask for slows up the process for people waiting in line. The room I ordered (418) was a queen bed. The room was very clean if a little on the small side. No microwave which was a little disappointing but clean fridge and large window with privacy wall outside. It does restrict any view but let's in daylight well. The only gripe with the room is that you can hear what's going on next door. I could hear a baby crying (not loud screaming, just that 'discomfort' noise that they make), and I was grateful it wasn't louder. It gave me the impression that the walls are not well insulated at all Facilities were good... Guest washing machine in the hallway (it would be great in this cashless age if washing and laundry detergent could be purchased using contactless). Westfield literally across the street. I went to the above 8 bar attached to the hotel which I would recommend (they wouldn't "split" the bill though which can be awkward if you are on a date!) I normally stay at the Mascot venue and I'd recommend people stay there instead of here unless you'll be doing shopping.
