Advertised Queen Bed plus Single bed - but was actually Queen bed and sofa bed I wasn’t happy , and was told that none of the rooms had Queen plus single - felt is was very misleading advertising. Opted for a king bed , which was comfortable but had to share with a family member, which was not ideal for a good nights sleep .

Good-sized room (King Suite), in excellent repair, clean & quiet despite being on busy Parramatta Rd. The staff were lovely & motel is conveniently located for visiting our family in Ashfield.
