5-stars because the hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff was great. But a could of obvious misses like no towels in the pool area and no crib or pack-n-play for young families. We made it work; just had our infant sleep on a blanket on the floor. But still strange!

The Hotel was great, but the restaurant in the Hotel an F, food is terrible, High School kid's running the place, need to get some adequate Help and cooks in the restaurant, that is the downfall of this hotel.

So not worth the money! Got this room based on the high reviews. Guess those can't be trusted. Front desk wasn't rude but not welcoming. Room was basic. Nothing special. Grazers Burgers and Beers (the connected restuarnt) was not great. Took over an hour for a salad and two burgers and the Bison burger was over cooked. Pool was gross. Three unsupervised little girls (nieces of an employee) were there all day swimming. Toys and trash everywhere. Water was cloudy. Looks and smelled like old bath water. No towels in pool area. Had to go stand at the front desk freezing and dipping a gallon of water before she finally got me towels. The hot tub I was really excited about was worse than disgusting. Didn't see it til I get in. See pic. That isn't filth from a day of kids playing in it. That's neglect! If the pool is that bad, how clean is everything else?? Breakfast was typical and below average. Waffles were the same as everywhere else. Eggs, meat and gravy were just OK. Won't stay here again.

came to town for a swim meet for my children. I didn’t want a poolside room and was placed in one anyway. Room was humid to the point that everything felt wet and the disturbance from the pool was truly terrible. People kept us up till 11 at night as the pool was mere feet away from where we were supposed to sleep. Had to be up and out by 7 am. Breakfast was not ready till almost 7 so we did not get to eat. Worst stay my children and I have ever had. Will not be returning.

It was ok. Expected a little more, but all in all it was fair. An ok value for a road family trip.
