A good spot despite the surrounding area being burnt. The restaurant is great, though it can get a bit repetitive if you stay more than five days. The waitstaff and chef are excellent. The front office staff is amazing. However, hygiene is a real issue; the maids refused to clean our room, even though we stayed for 10 days. You can imagine the state of the carpet in the cabin after hiking all day with kids. Despite complaining twice a day, every day, nothing was done, and the managers avoided us, refusing to have a conversation. We still had to pay full price ( still waiting their call). I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff was very friendly, the food was excellent. Our only complaint is the lack of Wifi in the rooms. Please consider adding Wifi service in the future. For some of us, it is very important to be able to reach family if needed in case of an emergency. The Wifi in the lodge was very fast but it would be much better to have access in the cabins.

We only stayed one night but it would be a wonderful place for a family vacation stay. Perfect location to visit both national parks.

I signed up to stay here without knowing what the set up was in small cabins. While this wasn't a problem I just don't know why it didn't occur to me. The restaurant on site has good service with people from all over the country and world, which is cool. I read that this place had air conditioning, which being the season I was traveling with my family I find a necessity. Once in the cabin and settled in I found no way to activate any air conditioning, but only found a fan. Truth be told the fan was mostly all we needed because the outside air is good though the night once it cools off...so I'll call it a wash. One thing to note is there is lots of mosquitoes outside and most of them feasted on me as I made my way don't to the river behind the losing areas. Be prepared. Otherwise it's a unique place to stay in the Grand Tetons and we won't forget it.

We never made it to the destination at Jackson Hole, following three days of cancellations that included sleeping at an airport. My family was traumatized and I need to now how to get a refund.

Such a wonderful place to stay. We are a family of 6 across three generations traveling to Grand Teton and Yellowstone NP. The cabins are scattered among the trees and there is an awesome accessible trail to the river. We would come back again. Highly recommended.

My whole family was disappointed in the fact that we rented 2 cabins and they did not have any air conditioning, no refrigerators, no tv and no wifi in the rooms. You are stuck out in the boonies and there is only the hotel restaurant to eat at so you are stuck. It is a beautiful area, but in August it would really be nice to have air conditioning and refrigeration available in the rooms. If you are not one that wants that then there are camping cabin available to "rough it" also. My whole family was disappointed.

This was an ok place to stay. Pricey for the accommodations and little more rustic (no tv or internet in rooms) but you are in between Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons so you are paying for the location I guess. The room was a little old and could be updated but was clean. It felt like being a kid at summer camp kind of place. Dog friendly.
