Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Victor

Mattress was hard, it was one of those coil mattresses where you can feel them. I had my kids playing in the swimming pool. One little children poop in the swimming pool. I got my kids out of the pool. The little children had a dipper but the liquid came out of the dipper. I informed the person in charge that night. The next morning I ask if the clean the swimming pool. They say there was no poop in the swimming pool and the maintenance people said it was fine. They really don’t take care of the swimming pool. That shows really poor maintenance.

Hot breakfast was offered, only thing their cereal dispenser was not kid friendly. Hard to operate and cereal keeps dropping on the floor. Laundry machine cost too much and need lots of quarters to operate each load. Only one machine available. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Cobblestone suites is a great border location between ID and WY. Definitely worth the money. We liked the facilities. Everything was clean from towels to sheets to an extra tissue roll. Microwave was available in the room. I was here for 3 full days, and showed up for breakfast every day but eggs were missing for two of those days. They had a note saying "ran out of eggs". Can happen once, not twice. On the 3rd day, I scrapped some of the last eggs at 8:30 AM. For $300 a night with taxes, please cook some adequate eggs! This cannot be rocket science knowing headcount paid travellers in advance. Front desk ladies were exceptionally nice and kind. Restaurants around here do not have vegeterian options. The chicken is sometimes mixed with pork (spices or grind). I would recommend getting frozen gourmet meals beforehand. Excellent hotel. We look forward to coming back again. Excellent for transit stop as well. Great for kids as well.

It is quite and relatively large room. Me and my family had a great day there. Recommond!!!

It was awesome for service dogs and the kids loved the pool and I loved that we could just walk to dinner after 8 hrs in Yellowstone and grand Tetons. Very clean. very quiet.

Great property, very quiet, nice for families. There were six of us in a room but fit perfectly with the pull out sofa. It was far better than staying in the chaos of Jackson Hole. Would stay here again during a visit to the area.

The breakfast was not great to begin with, but the service left an even worse taste in my mouth. We arrived at breakfast a few minutes before it closed because we weren’t sure what time it was over. I asked for an item and the lady on the morning of Jan. 2 was very curt in her response and rude. She could have said it kindly, but she acted annoyed that we were even there. Another family was there and asked about the coffee and she had the same rude, curt response to her. The fellow customer and I looked at each other in shock and she shared that the worker was not very nice and could have been kinder. We both were treated terribly instead of with kindness. I do not recommend this hotel if they do not address this behavior and tell their staff to treat everyone with kind customer service. Perhaps consider a soft close on breakfast and emphasize customer service. The call button for the elevator was broken during our stay, so you could not take up luggage unless someone went up first and sent the elevator back down. We were informed of this upon check-in and they said they had a call out to fix it. The rest of the hotel is okay and it was clean, but guests are treated as an inconvenience instead of as valued customers.

We arrived late but everything was okay and the pool was open until 10pm. (Happy grandkids) Clean, good breakfast, easy checkout. I’d stay again.
