Woodside Dells Hotel & Suites

We arrived early and we couldn't check-in so we decided to go to the water park but we had no problem later on with the checking in. Nice and clean place, friendly staff, the indoor swimming pool is big and nice. Poche, the gentleman in the front desk was very helpful accommodating my wife's special kid needs. The beds are nice and firm and comfortable and everything works. Worth every penny we paid. We're definitely coming back.

Stayed in family suite and was perfect. Ability to have privacy but still function as a family.

Was a great affordable option super close to downtown wis dells, perfect for a couple people or a family or anyone else! Parking was easy, location was quiet throughout the day and night.

We had a great stay at the Woodside Dells. It was very clean, beds were super comfortable. We had a 2 room family suite which was perfect for our family of 5. I also thought it was a great price for what we got! There is a giant indoor pool - one downside is no hot tub but not a big deal. Front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Manager was always keeping an eye out for guests. Felt safe and the pool was perfect for the older kids and relaxing for the adults

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Clean room, comfy beds. Good TV. Pretty quiet. I have already suggested this hotel to friends & family heading to the Dells this summer. We will def be back next year!

For $145 a night which included two weekdays I expected a lot more. I'm not one to write bad reviews but I am absolutely shocked at the high rating here. The staff was not friendly whatsoever. They weren't rude per se, but, they weren't friendly at all. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Most of the time they weren't even behind the counter. The continental breakfast was a joke. It was a grab-and-go which consisted of food only a child would eat. Cereal, applesauce and yogurt. One morning they were near out of cereal and I asked the lady at the counter if they were going to put more out. Be advised I arrived 10 minutes after the continental breakfast opened. She looked at me like I had two heads and said yes I will be putting more out in a rude way. Also when I checked in they made it very clear I was not to touch any of the grab-and-go accept during breakfast hours. I don't understand why they can't have a continental breakfast right now I've been to other hotels and that has not been the case. There was no cleaning service for your stay. If you wanted fresh linen or towels you had to go get it yourself. They still left a tip envelope in your room though. I actually feel bad for the cleaning people because they are out money because of it. Pros: Location Cons: Price Unfriendly staff Continental breakfast No cleaning or room service

Hotel is in sorry need of upgrading. Shower was stained and dirty. Walls are paper thin. All we could hear were screaming kids running up and down the hallway in and out of the pool. Probably the perfect hotel for families staying for sports tournaments. Service was friendly, bed was comfy.

Fun two night stay at the Woodside! Great big pool for the kids and the rooms were very nice and clean! Close to many attractions. Very reasonable plus water park passes are included. The front desk staff were so polite and helpful!
