Very solid for the cost. Definitely family friendly. Lots of signage all over the breakfast area on limit of servings. Sounds like perhaps it's been abused in the past. Pool area fun. Hot tub very nice. Will return.

We were told at check in that breakfast was served until 10am. (3 adults heard this) Go down the next morning at 9:15am and there’s nothing. Same receptionist said she didn’t say 10am because they close at 9. You can hear other guests talking in the hall and other rooms. Bathroom door was extremely noisy so if you’re sharing a room, everyone will be woken if you use the restroom during the night. Hair in the shower and on towels. There was an iron, but no ironing board. I would never stay here again and thankful we were only staying a night and passing through. The pool and hot tub were open until midnight which was nice and no kids after 10pm.

There are a lot of places to eat in the Dells. Paul Bunyans was close but closed and we were up for Mother’s Day Weekend. The hotel was quiet. The parking lot big and free. I wish I had a Moosejaws close to me to eat at. Food was excellent. The hotel had a nice indoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub not crowded either. They gave a free breakfast.

We have stayed here many times before and enjoyed it but this time was horrible! Will never stay here again and will discourage others. Room was dirty. Someone else's used kleenex behind nightstand, baby cockroach in bathroom, shower disgusting. Breakfast was tasteless and nasty. Ended up having to leave day early due to emergency but staff couldn't help us get any money back or anything. Just a bad stsy all around.

Great quality for the price. The pool was really nice for kids and adults.

Check-in for most hotels is 4 p.m. In all hotels in the Wisconsin Dells, upon arrival before 4 p.m. the hotels give you access to your room if it’s ready and the hotels always give you wristbands to the water parks to start enjoying your stay. This hotel will give you early access for a fee of $25. Don’t book this hotel if you want to enjoy two days water access in the Wisconsin Dells. You get a few hours the night you arrive and then the next day. The hotel also has several common areas where families had made it their room with stuff all over. The lobby looked like multiple people’s luggage had exploded all over. This is our third and final stay at this hotel. The woman sitting in her room underwear with her legs spread open for my six year old to see her down under area was more than enough to seal the sea of paying to stay at Chula Vista itself. I’m also done with a 4 p.m. check in time as well as place that refuses to give you water access early. If you want an old lady bush show and limited access time to water then book her; otherwise, the water parks hotel charging more are worth the price.

Various rooms are currently under renovation so there's noise during the day, though it stopped at a reasonable hour during our stay. However this does leave the hallway a little messy. Breakfast was nicer than expected and my kids really enjoyed it. Our room looked newly renovated. The beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. The one critique I have for the actual room was the lighting. It was VERY dim. The bathroom and sink area had lights, but there were only a couple lamps right by the bed. They weren't very bright and the other corners of the room were pretty dark as a result. The front desk staff was very helpful. I called ahead with a question and they were very friendly. Check-in was easy and the lady at the desk was personable. I would stay here again if I needed a simple overnight. We got the room last minute since the winter storm trapped us in the area. For the price it was definitely worth it.

Front desk staff member Cassy was so informative of the area and had lots of tips and tricks. We had 2 toddlers and they loved the indoor pool, view of the creek and we always found a breakfast food they would eat. The Chula Vista water park was so much fun. We will be back!

Stayed here for 5 nights with my Family between Christmas and New Years. Had the Forest View (room with balcony view) and loved seeing the deer and squirrels in the mornings. Check in time was 4pm but was almost a 2 hour wait to get our room which wasn't ready since they were short staffed with housekeeping. They did give us complimentary beers for having to wait. Their listing of pools on their page is misleading. It states there are 3 indoor pools and a children's pool but that's not correct. It was 1 pool, plus a kiddie pool and 1 hottub. Their page also states they had laundry facilities. They only had 1 washer and 1 dryer that was located on the 1st floor (out of 3 floors). The beds were very firm, and the pillows were too soft. We brought extra pillows & blankets so that helped us there. There wasn't a whole lot of storage in our room to set stuff on and we only had 3 hangers in our closet. Breakfast was good, served from 6am to 10am daily. Plenty of tables to eat at in the breakfast area. The lobby area was clean and really loved the fireplace. We also received free Chula Vista waterpark passes for booking with them (up to 4 per room) which was unexpected since previously calling and was told you could only get them if you booked with the hotel directly and not through a 3rd party. Front desk also took care of a barking dog that we had issues with, so I really appreciate that. All in all, good hotel. I would stay here again.

We had two children and the indoor pool area was great for rain days! Also enjoyed the sister property water park!
