Was very nice stay for my family

My family had a wonderful experience during our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back.

staff was very friendly, pool and workout room was pretty good, really liked the room design and the bathroom shower with the adjustable head for the kids. also tv was good. my only complaint is the way the air conditioner vent couldnt be adjusted to not blow directly on the bed, very cold sleeping on that side. over all would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were large in size and suited us as a family of five perfect. Nicely located - close to everything Room was not clean (a lot of hairs in the bathroom, dirty under bed/couch The breakfast was not ready at 630 as advertised. With hungrer, jetlagged children that was annoying

Overall, our stay was pretty pleasant. My only issue - we traveled with 3 children, 2 of them small. Apparently our room was right above their meeting room and they happened to be having meetings both mornings we were there. We were informed both mornings our kids were being too loud. I was trying to keep them down before anyone even said anything, but anyone who has small boys, know they're pretty rambunctious. I felt really bad but also think it was a bad decision to place us in the room directly above the meeting room. The room itself was very nice. I liked the layout and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also really good.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. For 3 days in a row scrambled eggs were provided. And they just had the same thing except changed out the meat. I wasn’t very fond of their breakfast. Front desk was hard to reach. Anytime I called I’d be put straight to hold or straight to voicemail. Room service was very weird here at Spring Hill. We requested room service and the person only cleaned out our trash and took dirty towels and provided new towels. We requested everything to be cleaned. Besides those the hotel had elevators which was nice for us as we were on a trip with toddlers. The room was pretty big and spacious (we were group of 6. Two toddlers and 4 adults).

Traveled with 3kids and my husband. Check-in was stress free. My room was ready 1hr before check-in time. Front desk Janice was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the full size shower toiletries are perfect for a family of 5. The free continental breakfast had lots of variety: Thank you! We were at the Kakahari resort for 2 nights and wanted to stay 1more but they were booked. I am so happy I was able to find availability at this hotel for our extra night. We actually loved our room and facility better here as it is fresh and clean. We will definitely be back to this hotel for our next visit.

I had to change rooms because the AC was not working (room 201) and the closet door was stuck. Also the sheet on my bed had hair on it. Heck no!!!! The young foreign man upon check in doesn’t speak good English nor understand it. If you charge for amenities let me know, even though I knew it would be charged. Mupo was really nice and gave me another room which was cool and nicer. Only thing is the suite was small compared to others I have been in. Everything is in the same room; 2 queen size beds, bathroom, living room and little area for the kitchen. Make sure you ask for garbage bags, since COVID-19, they are not in the garbage cans. If we return, I’ll get two rooms instead of 1 for three people.The swimming pool was small but it was decent for kids. There are plenty of activities surrounding the Hotel. Overall it was a relaxing, peaceful and pleasant stay.
