I needed an early check in because my son was getting married. They accommodated me and my family to keep our day stress free. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general. There were many families with children staying there which would explain the hallways and elevators, but our room was in poor condition as well.

Spring Break 3-day outing with the kids. Booked the multi-bed suite which was plenty of room to spread out and relax when not out exploring Wisconsin Dells attractions. Hotel staff are super inviting and took excellent care of us. The FREE Hot Breakfast was very good offering many options. Hotel is close to all the attractions while be far enough away to enjoy quite time after a long day. Can't say enough about how friendly the staff were, was like family. I would highly reccomend this hotel and plan to return here again in the future. 5* Service all the way!

The walk in shower was a plus but the pool was so small there wasn’t room for more than 2 families

Again, this trip to meet family was a success, especially our stay at the Fairfield! Check-in a breeze. Used dining area tables to play cards, with snacks bought from desk, comfy beds, & super clean rooms! My only 'suggestion' would be to have recycling bins available in lobby/BF area to promote this. I appreciated the 'no plastic bag' liners in room wastebaskets & use of large shampoo, bodywash, etc bottles in shower. Breakfast was excellent, with Sancia, the friendly, helpful BF lady! Thanks for a great stay with good price!

Clean, nice, good breakfast. However a kids soccer league was staying and kids were running through halls and screaming until 11:30pm. Other than the loudness of the kids in the halls and upstairs, the hotel was great.

We had a great time with family. Had 3 rooms for us all & we were able to utilize the lobby, with staff's permission, to play cards in that evening. Desk staff was very helpful finding places for us to eat at & giving us perfect directions. Our breakfast was hot & the 'BF lady', Anna L was so kind to heat up a bowl of cereal in their kitchen microwave. THANX Anna:) Good stay, large/open hotshowers, We will be back & have enjoyed our stays at the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
