Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon

We were there for a short family get together. The room was perfect for my family. Very spacious, my kids had their own room & bathroom. Great Master suite with jacuzzi tub and separate bathroom with shower. Great amenities, just wish we could have stayed there longer!

my family and I had a great time. The only real issue is that the arcade and food our just so overpriced that its really hard to have a good time with a family of 5 when you get price gouged at every turn.We stopped in the candy shop in the Wild West water park and all got a piece of candy and the total was $33.00 dollars for candy pretty ridiculous.

We love staying at Wyndham Glacier Canyon. The condos are always clean and well maintained. Waterparks are a great time for my child!

Overall the stay was good. However the glacier canyon condos could definitely be cleaned and maintained better. 2 of the closet doors were broke on top so they wouldn't stay shut. One was the garbage closet so this was frustrating with little kids. The kitchen vinyl plank floor was coming apart and looked dirty in the cracks. After the sheets were pulling off on night 1 I realized the fitted sheet was inside out and likely the wrong size for the bed. I didn't notice until the night of day 2 that the shower floor and track were quite grimy. Just makes you wonder if things like this are overlooked, it might not be as clean as you'd hope. All was well, very nice facility. Desk person even offered us a condo at end of section for more quiet since clearly this lodging is more designed for families w/ kids that sometimes can be a bit overenthusiastic with offerings at waterparks. Enjoyed our stay.

We stay at Glacier Canyon 3 to 4 times a year and always have a fabulous experience. The kid’s unlimited wristbands are the way to if you plan to stay 2 nights

We loved staying here with my kids and husband, the only downside is that we stayed at the apartments and that’s a walk to the water parks . Other than that we really enjoyed our time. A plus that everybody spoke Spanish!!!!!

I booked this place a month ahead. Got an email to call 24 hours before to ensure room is available. Got a good to go from Wyndham. When got there, said there was a maintenance issue with my room. Will move me to another property that is 5 minutes away, $75 gift card and pool pass but no transportation to and from. I said no as I booked this place a while out, called within 24 hours, convenient for us as I have a 5 month with, and other family is staying in the same place, plus I didn't want to drive back and forth and gas is expansive (which Wyndham will not cover). Manager told me I either stay at the other property or go somewhere else. I went with Glacier instead but there was a $62 price difference. Manager refused to pay the difference as I booked through third party; says she can't go above and beyond. I wasn't happy but stayed at Glacier. Was told Wyndham will contact Expedia as there was a maintenance issue but they never did. Called Expedia on Monday and they have no clue about it. They called Wyndham with no answer so that agent sent them an email. Told me to wait 72 hours for reply. Haven't heard back. Contacted Expedia who contacted Wyndham. Agent told me Wyndham refused to refund me as they were willing to provide me another place and I refused to stay there. I was told I can either stay at the other property or go somewhere else, never been told I won't get a refund back if I didn't stay at their other property. This is unacceptable.
