La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

Our stay here was very well. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the staff was very courteous. We were here for the Fourth of July holiday with other family and friends. Everyone enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

Nice, new & clean. Not many snotty kids running around! Didn’t care for 11:00am checkout on a weekend. Would recommend 12:00 or allow by request WITHOUT a $20 fee. (Unheard of!!)

I was in the area for a wedding and I had a small dog with us. They wouldn’t let me check in until 4pm so our dog had to stay in our vehicle during the wedding. Between wedding and reception went to go check in and was told they couldn’t check me in because my physical home address was to close to them. So if you are a local you can’t stay here!!! So I now have a wedding reception I’m missing because I don’t have a room or a place for our dog to go. I’ve never heard of such a thing. There is nothing that states this in their policy either. Would never tell anyone to stay here. After jumping through hoops, an exception was made for us and another couple so we could stay here where we also had 10 other relatives staying. You don’t want locals booking rooms here put it in your policies and let it be known. Thank you for ruining my time I was supposed to be spending with my family for a family wedding!!!

I was overall impressed with this hotel - from first impression, to service, to cleanliness. It appears this is new - or newly remodeled. When I arrived late at night, the staff were so friendly and professional. At breakfast, the place was very clean. Food was fine - I like plain scrambled eggs for breakfast and just what I was looking for. Room layout is great too - loved that it had a door on the closet since I don't like clutter. Super clean in the room too. Slept great - I always bring my favorite pillow so didn't try out these. Lots of kids here the weekend I was here so not super quiet but quiet hours were observed. Pool was busy too. My only request would be to put a light in the closet as it was hard to see my bag in here. I will definitely be staying here the next time I am in town and glad I tried it out this year.

It was an ok hotel for my family.Simple,with decent breakfast.Newly renovated amenities with clean and spacious rooms.Their pool area was overwhelming with chlorine and my eyes stringed .The only thing I wasn’t comfortable with is the amount of noise I heard due to the thin walls.

Comfortable and clean. My kiddos love this hotel over the Kalahari, Great Wolf, and the Wilderness in the Dells.

When checking in the girl seemed grumpy. The room was very clean which was great. Would of prefer the beds to be a little more firm. Walls wear very thin and you can hear kids running and screaming at 2:30 in the morning. Breakfast was good and parking.

The room was spacious and well laid-out, with a convenient microwave-fridge area. The bathroom had a nice big vanity with storage areas. The sink was a little small, so if you wash your face in it, water gets all over the countertop. The beds very very comfortable: soft and pillowy but supportive. The seating area was nice, but the couch sections had to be pushed back together. The air conditioner was very quiet and effective. We could hear people walking by in the hall, but everyone was pretty quiet, and we didn't hear any noise from rooms around us. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was fine; not amazing, but did the job. There were some families with children, but this didn't seem as kid-centric as other properties around, so we weren't overrun with screaming kids. The overall feel was calm and relaxing.

Me and my family came down for Memorial Day weekend to go to Kalahari, Noah’s ark, and other places. The pool area and lobby was really loud from a larger family I complained about the noise and the safety in the pool area but the guy at the front desk did not handle it. My children did not feel safe in the pool. So we didn’t use the hotel pool or hot tub. Also we needed towels we called down twice and was told the housekeepers were busy and we can come get our own. Also I was hit with a bill after from charging snacks and toothbrushes to my room which I was told it would come out the incidental fee and it didn’t I didn’t receive anything back I was told I used it all which I kept receipts and didn’t. So they asked for an additional $60
