Very friendly, quick check-in. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Excellent pool to keep the kids happy and tasty, generous breakfast.

I liked how the staffs are welcoming, polite, and helpfulness during my stay. The whole environment is clean and pleasant to stay in. My family and I will definitely stay at this inn again.

The pool and hot tub were significatly over chlorinated. We went in very briefly. Less than a day later all my kids developed a chlorine rash.

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m visiting friends and family in the area. It’s always a low price, and you get nice and comfortable beds, spacious room with desk, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is an extra sitting chair. They offer breakfast with hot and cold items.

Everything was good, the room, the breakfast, employees were friendly. Pool was a bit cold but the kids didn’t mind. And the jets didn’t work in the hot tub but that was warm. There is some issues with the charges on my card. Hopefully everything will correct itself after the long holiday otherwise I’ll have to call the hotel to have it fixed. All in all it was a great trip and if I’m in that area again I’ll stay here if room is available.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn in Germantown. Breakfast every morning was fresh and the breakfast area is comfortable to dine in. The staff was very accommodating to everything we needed during our stay and always greeted us at breakfast in the morning. We would without a doubt stay there again.

Some things I appreciated about our stay/room are: 1. Towel size, the 'bath' towel was actually a standard size that is suitable for an adult. 2. The beds. Very comfortable with just the right amount of pillows. 3. Quiet. Don't know if it was just a quiet weekend with less families or if we were just lucky enough to get a room away from the families. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again if needed.
