Delta Hotels by Marriott Milwaukee Northwest

We choose this hotel specifically because of the reviews and photos. While the photos were accurate, our room was not as clean as it should have been (dust in corners, mold in shower, food left in the fridge). We only went to a hotel this evening so the kids could swim. Upon getting in the pool, and despite having two hours left before it was scheduled to close, staff closed the pool stating it was too dirty. The next morning when I asked staff if they could open the pool, they stated they needed to shock the pool and it would be 3 hours to re-open it. Despite this, not an hour later when we checked out, kids were playing in the pool. When asked, staff stated they rechecked the pool and determined it was okay to swim. This was hugely disappointing nonetheless and will not be going back.
