The staff was very good and the hotel is in Jackson, where our family is. That is about the only real positives. The hotel is clean but very dated. The mattresses are old, the decor is as old as the mattresses, there is not an elevator if you’re on the second floor.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They were all very accommodating to the kids and helpful.The room was clean and well kept. I’d say the only negative would be that the hot tub was dirty and could use a good cleaning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!!!

Staff was friendly, room (and everywhere else) was clean. Breakfast buffet was continuously being replenished. Easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again, for work or with family.

Quiet, location ideal, family restaurant walking distance, bank nearby. Staff was outstanding. Room was ready upon arrival. Definite plus.
