It was nice. Hot tub jets did not work. Hot tub was way too hot. Some of the water park kiddie items were broken, amoung ither things....so that was not cool...breakfast was good each morning. Rooms could have had food menus from the area, how to call front desk, etc...

The water park was very fun for our kiddos! The overall room could have been a tad cleaner. We had no toilet paper when we walked in. The toilet wasn’t very clean. The sheets had some visible stains. The floors need a shampooing and there were small flies dead by the window.

Fun pool area for kids. Little water slide and nice play area for younger kids. Always good breakfast for a hotel. The staff has always been very friendly.

Well, there were kids in the hallway throwing balls and being rude. Cat calling my 12 year old daughter. The room was not clean. There was filth all over the bathroom floor and dried poop on the door. Never ever again. Absolutely disgusting. And I told them about it. They said they couldn’t offer me a discount because I booked through Expedia.

The pull out couch/bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever! People in the hallways were very loud till almost midnight. The room was clean and the waterpark was like the pictures, wasn’t overcrowded at all, kids enjoyed it. Won’t be my first choice hotel.

Nice waterpark for small children, but the walls, floor of pool needs cleaning. Rooms & facility is very outdated. The carpets and furniture are worn & dirty. We put towels down on the furniture to cover the stains. Ou daughters room wasn't vacuumed & the person at the desk said housekeeping was gone so my daughter vacuumed herself. Definitely needs improvements, and it wasn't cheap to stay there either!
