Best Western Plus Appleton Airport/Mall Hotel

This is our go-to hotel in the area as a larger family. The rooms are updated, clean, and spacious.

We loved the family suite we booked. Very very nice. Alot of room. A little bummer, the hot tub was out of order. The kids loved the pool, but the pool itself was falling apart. Large cracks, actually a few holes in the concrete, they reported that there were actual small piles of stone in the corners. Weird.

Great location. The breakfast was outstanding. Even after an attack by young hockey kids. Great job by the cook set up man. Give him a raise$$.Nice upgrade in the hotel but our room needed a new chair and lampshade. Sure the pool and hot tube are sceduled for a redo, badly needed. Great overall stay!

We stayed at this property before Best Western took over. It is SO MUCH NICER, now! Our family suite was very clean and comfortable. Loved all the space to spread out. One downside was that one metal bunk bed was VERY creaky and disruptive at night.

My rating for the most part is on the AmericInn in Appleton, WI. The desk attendent at Best Western Plus was helpful. My only complaint is that the pool was out of order. The reason I chose to stay in a hotel that weekend and that hotel was so the kids could swim. To accommodate, we were put in the AmericInn (same owner) where the pool was available. The AmericInn seemed a step or two below than the Best Western Plus we paid for. It was dirtier. Milk and juice (for kids) was not available for breakfast. Had to ask for staff to bring out waffle batter, Bathroom in pool area was very filthy with no toilet paper. I believe if I would have chosen AmericInn originally, it would have been cheaper. I think in the end, I was credited $15. So review is particularly AmericInn. Biggest complaint for Best Western was pool unavailable. Thanks.

We stayed with our two kids 9 and 6. The breakfast was great lots of options, the pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was hot and felt amazing. We will definitely stay again, no complaints from us!

The stay it’s self was good but the continental breakfast there was barely anything to choose from, and it was only from 7 to 9 Monday through Friday. The hot tub jets were not working Fully and the bottom of it was gross with sand on the bottom. The pool for the kids was good but at the same time at the bottom of it was disgusting. The room itself was very nice. The beds was comfy and bathroom was a good size.

Pool was a great temperature. Staff was very rude at front desk. It was a very noisy stay with kids knocking on doors and running away which ended up waking our 2 year old up.

We stayed Thursday thru Sunday and it was good up until Friday night. So many kids running around knocking on doors and when we wanted to go in the hot tub Saturday night when it was adult time there were kids in there so we didn’t go in. Didn’t get much sleep on Saturday night due to being loud. We weren’t the only ones that had that problem. Wanted a late check-out but they said we couldn’t get one. They also said other people complained of it being loud all night. I don’t mind kids running around but when it gets late it should be a little more quiet

From green bay got the suite for a night away without kids and I'd have to say it was the nicest suite I've had.
