This was our second time visiting here. The check-in was less than warm. The lady was kind enough to waive the early check-in fee even though we offered to wait til 2. However, I was never made aware of an early check-in fee and was met with rudeness in return to my response when mentioning it. The room was clean and we love the location. However, the family staying above us let their young child run, jump, and stomp around the room above us until around 2 AM.

We love staying here when we visit family in the area! It’s always quiet, staff is friendly and helpful, it’s clean, and the breakfast is great! Thank you! We hope to go back when it’s warm, so we can walk around and enjoy the area!

I was slightly disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t restocked very well with 45 mins left of their designated breakfast time. The waffle batter was out and that’s what my kids were looking forward to. Also, while the front desk attendant wasn’t rude, he wasn’t particularly friendly or happy to be there. Obviously not a reason to not go back, but just note worthy.

It has been a long time since we have stayed at a hotel that was actually cleaned, updated, had friendly staff and didn't have to pay a fortune for it. This place did all of that and even let my family play in the pool for a few hours after we checked out! Great place, easy location to Green Bay (about 20 minute away) and the breakfast bar had eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage and gravy, and a waffle maker...no more COVID breakfast! Thanks for a great stay!

The room was beautiful and spacious, the breakfast bountiful and good. I checked out the pool - water was perfect and the size is great for a family to keep track of the kiddos.

It seems like a brand new hotel. I’ve stayed here before and it’s always great. Beds are hard but other than that it’s perfect. There were lots of kids this trip so a little noisy and messy but I know that’s not the norm.
