Quiet, clean, friendly staff, prompt with room service No kids running around screaming Starbucks coffee Festive for the holiday season

This hotel is lovely. Having a nice restaurant and a spa made is our new go-to when we visit family in the area.

The hotel was clean and bright. Upon arrival I was ignored at the front desk, while she was on the phone didn’t even look up and acknowledge me waiting. Parking was in a lot across the alley with no valet or service to help unload and park the car. Upon returning after a wedding at midnight the surrounding streets were chaotic crowded with club goers and loud, large crowds that fell into the street. I felt very unsafe parking in a city lot and walking to the hotel with my kids at night. FYI The parking lot charges $50.00 for lost or in my case forgotten ticket. The room key won’t help since there is no person in the lot. Overall very average and would rather stay somewhere in a safer environment with easy and visible access to parking.
