Arrived at 4:15pm and front desk told us they were sold out and we needed to wait for a batch of clean rooms to come back from housekeeping. They had nowhere to put us. We waited with our 2 small kids in the lobby for a room to open for over an hour. I had given my phone number to call when room opened even though we were right in front of the desk. No one called. At 5:30 went back up to the desk to ask about the room and was finally able to check in. Room was ok. Says free breakfast online and is not.

Very upset. Saturday night the unsuoervised kids in the pool and lobby area made it impossible to use those areas. Dodging footballs is not good.

One elevator working, my husband is 66 and had to walk up the stairs with luggage. Breakfast was sparse and very poor quality. No silverware, has to ask for it. Rooms were not super clean and the windows were filthy. I’ve stayed at budget hotels that have had far better breakfast and cleaner rooms with working elevators. Also there was a sporting event, nobody monitored the kids, they were running the halls until 10:30 at night. Very poor stay. Won’t be back.

Eight floors of rooms. Only one elevator working. Slow and most inconvenient. Hotel full with kid’s soccer tournament. Much noise, doors slamming. Staff working very hard and doing their best but completely overwhelmed. Saturday breakfast service a complete disaster. Worst ever! Stay disappointing and far below DoubleTree standards. IMHO a failure of management. Staff did their best.

Easy access to 41, yet absolutely quiet. Very nice outside areas to sit and enjoy a nice evening with friends and family.

We were there for a hockey tournament so it was very close to the arena. They were great with kids. Nice outdoor courtyard.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on the ground. We will not return. A good night’s sleep is important. There were children running around making a lot of noise. They were not supervised, and they were using their fingers in inappropriate ways.

My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary and it was loaded with kids and they were very rude running around and making a lot of noise. I understand there’s always kids but it would be a good thing to mention there’s a young girls tournament there for the weekend
