Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Berlin, an IHG Hotel

Clean facility, clean pool and hot tub, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great area, restaurants and shopping within walking distance We come here and spend the nights often while visiting friends.family in New Berlin. WI

Lobby was full of some kind of kids team making it a little chaotic. So we decided against eating in the dining area. Room was clean but mattress was old and lumpy but comfortable enough. The lamp outlet and light didn’t work, so I had to plug in my phone and hearing aid across the room. It was kind of pricey for the average amenities.

I arrived late on Tuesday night , and left today ( Sunday ). It would have been a much better experience if I didn’t have to repeatedly ask for them to come take my trash or give us clean towels, without anyone actually doing it . I was there for nearly a week and housekeeping didn’t enter my room once until I went down to the front desk the last night of our stay ( Saturday afternoon ) and asked them to please service our room. I let them know I was upset at this point because I had asked Thursday , Friday and now I was asking again , Saturday (the last day of our trip) The man at the front desk brought a girl from housekeeping to talk to me and she said she would service our room, “If that’s what I wanted” but I had to leave my room , ( which I was leaving for the day anyways ) when she did finally go into the room , they made the bed with the same sheets and blankets that had been on the beds all week, grabbed the trash and left a few towels. Definitely not worth the money I spent to stay there for the week whatsoever. It’s unfortunate, because the location was perfect for my families needs but , I will never book this hotel again.

To many party's loud kids couldn't enjoy pool without yelling kids

Our hotel stay was very nice, the staff was friendly and great. The room was wonderful, besides me being a clean freak. It was nice and clean except for the dust on the lamp base, pictures frames and silver stuff in the bathroom. Other than that it was nice, just need to dust more in those area. As my husband and children do have allergies to dust.

Great place for the kids. Pool was wonderful and an easy night of sleep.

The pull out couch was terrible!! You could feel every spring and our grandchildren could not sleep on it. We had to sleep 3 to a bed which I paid for 3 beds. Will not stay again!

We only stayed one night but found this to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great pool area that the kids enjoyed. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. It had choices for adults and kids.
