We were in town quickly for a family birthday party. We arrived very late and had no problem checking in. The rooms were large and fairly comfortable.

I can’t rate this hotel AT ALL because you, Travelocity OVERBOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR 5 families! You will be hearing from me. You never sent me any email regarding the hotel being full and I had to find another one on my own. I’m done using you!!

The key cards kept not working for the room so we had to go from the way back of the hotel to the desk a few times. I got upset the last time. There wasn’t really any dining options at the hotel, there are some snacks though. And we were close to all kinds of options. My kids loved the pool- that was great. The room was okay, bad lighting and a door to the parking lot was broken. Smelled a little weird at times. The beds were amazing! Loved the mattress but not the pillows. The staff was very friendly. I loved the staff the most

Good location for visiting my family. 75$ pet fee is outrageous. A refundable pet damage deposit would be more appropriate.

I’ve never stayed in a room where a picture has flown off the wall because the neighbors were being so obnoxious. This family continued to be unbelievably loud until after 1am. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and chose it because it was always quiet. Not this time. Not sure if we’ll stay again.

I had a great stay at hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Daisy at the cafe was welcoming and gave me ideas.as to where to buy cheese curds. I took her advice and now my family will enjoy them when I get home. The Brookfield hotel was centrally located for my travel plans. I will most definitely return.

The stay was wonderful. I have never heard of Sonesta. The building was not overly marqued. Thought we were entering a senior living building (quiet around exterior). Upon entering we could hear people in the pool having fun. Went to our room and could see it was very family friendly. Rooms were nice and very sound proof. People coming and going but once you entered your room you got no outside interruptions. Very welcoming environment and staff.

It does not look like what’s in the picture. But it’s alright. Pool is alright. And there were a crazy women walking back and forth in the lobby to parking lot. Like she’s looking for someone. Scary! I had my kid close to me at all times. But the area is okay area, the area have a lot stores and a main busy street in front of the building. But I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here if your used to sleep in 4 stars and up!
