Comfort Suites Delavan - Lake Geneva Area

Our stay was nice. Slept like a baby. Not strong water pressure, but I assume that’s part of their conservation friendliness. The shower products left us feeling very clean. Bed was so comfortable. On the con side: the air conditioning could have been better. When we’d leave for the day we would put the temperature up, but when we came back there was a muskiness to the room. Of course when we lowered the temperature it didn’t take it long to dissipate. It could have gotten cooler in the room at night though. Wonderful coffee.

We love staying at this hotel. It’s the best in the area for us to use. We were, however, very disappointed this morning when we went downstairs to go swimming. I asked for a late check out then the front desk clerk, Lena, told us the pool was closed. At no point did the night desk clerk (unsure of name and was there on Wednesday April 17th, 2024) ever tell us that the pool wasn’t available for us. My 4 year old was very upset and ended up crying the entire way back to our room. At check out, Lena was very sweet and gave my child a candy bar since she felt bad for the situation. We look forward to our stays at this location and we absolutely love your pool. Maintenance happens and I understand. Just disappointed that the information wasn’t relayed at check in. I wouldn’t have amped up my child to go swimming and end up heartbroken.

We have stayed in this motel several times. It seems to have gone downhill a bit, now more parsimonious. One of the reasons we picked this motel was the free breakfast. In past years it was fairly good. The last two stays it was not so good. The hot breakfast stuff was pretty bad this time. My kids said the sausages tasted strange, some chemical flavor, and instead of scrambled eggs they had these fake looking factory things that were white disks with some yellow dye in the center that was supposed to resemble egg yolk I guess, but I'm not sure any of it had ever seen the inside of a chicken. Microscopic bagels so small that if you try to toast them you can't fish them out of the bottom of the toaster. Cranberry juice that said "cranberry flavor and other ingredients", that looked scary. One of my kids just went for a bowl of cereal. The potatoes in the hot bin were rubbery things that just were not palatable. I guess they thought they would save money by using old potatoes, fake eggs, micro bagels, and chemical tasting sausages of dubious contents, but since I don't think the free breakfast will ever be a deciding point in the future, they have probably lost a repeat customer.

My family and I absolutely LOVE staying at this property. Everyone is always friendly. The rooms are always beautiful. Breakfast is tasty. Prices are great. Convenient location for where I have to go. I have worked in guest service and hospitality for many many years and I know how hard people can be to deal with sometimes. Although I never leave a cash tip for housekeeping, I am ALWAYS making sure I take care of the garbage as well as strip all bed sheets and pillow cases. I know that little extra help is appreciated by all in housekeeping. We will always be back to this property. Thank you for always being so wonderful.

I had a sick child in the middle of the night and needed all clean bedding. I was brought a sheet and pillowcases and was told that’s all that goes on the bed. I told the man that I need a blanket or comforter and the brought a mattress pad. It was a very uncomfortable, especially for my sick little one. Overall the room was clean but the pool area was very dirty and smelled like mold.

Room was very clean and large. We had plenty of room for our family of four. Andrew at the front desk was VERY friendly and helpful.

Our family had a really nice stay at the Comfort Suites in Delavan Wisconsin. All of the staff were very friendly. Especially the staff member at the front desk when we checked in. We normally don't ask for extras during our hotel stays, but realized we forgot a few items. My daughter and I were at the front desk a few times our first night and the worker was so nice and funny. I believe his name was Andrew and he was super helpful.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and with the family. Myself and another adjuster grabbed two rooms for the night because in the area. Front counter was great putting us in close rooms, clean, quiet, friendly, and some great restaurants around. Check out the #InnBetween!

We were pleased with everything. The man at check in was pleasant & helpful. The room was beautiful. We had gone for a family funeral. Hotel was close to church.
