I stay here every time I come to Madison to see family. It is clean and comfortable, nice staff, and a nice variety of offerings for the continental breakfast. But I do have a recurring problem with servicing on the room in that they don’t come in daily to refresh the coffee supplies or check to see if anything else is needed (towels, tissue, lotion). Though it’s been mentioned to front desk, and I know it’s been relayed to housekeeping, I still have to prowl for a service cart to get what I need directly.

Friendly staff, clean rooms- breakfast was good. Perfect location for our little weekend away with our kids- close to house on the rock, the zoo, and new glarus. The pool was warm and our kids enjoyed it.

This property is extremely well maintained. There is plenty of room around the breakfast area and lounge for our small children to wander around safely. The swimming pool area was clean and warm on a cold winter day.

We stayed here many times. Our daughter lives about 10 out. Very convenient for us. The grandkids love the pool. The beds are very comfortable and a great shower. The rooms are a nice size too. Will definitely stay there again
