The hotel was decent. The room had lots of space. The layout of the room was weird though, the bathroom door didn't open all the way, and the bedroom door hit the bed and had to be pushed passed it to get it open. The pool was ok, the hot tub was outrageously hot, and the kids wading pool was in poor condition. There is a rubber pad poorly secured to the floor of the wading pool that my daughter kept tripping on. The water was not running in the wading pool which was very disappointing. Upon further observation the wading pool was dirty, hair was floating around, there were bandaids on the bottom of it, we stayed out of it after this discovery. I would've chosen a different hotel had I known the condition of the pool. I will say the location was convenient and relatively quiet.

It was an older hotel that they are sloooowly renovating. Some upgrades but still not complete. Nice staff and pool area for kids..

Everything was excellent. The staff were all very nice, the room was spacious, and everything was pristine. This is a great family friendly hotel in an excellent location. We look forward to staying here again!

I would highly recommend to stay here! This hotel is conveniently located off of the Interstate and there is plenty of parking. The staff was very kind. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was probably my favorite. The water was warm in the pool and the hot tub was even warmer. There is a kids area that even my 6 month old enjoyed. Breakfast was hot and hot the spot after our morning swim. 12/10 recommend.

The common areas like hallways were in excellent conditions. The room and the bath were very clean. The breakfast was good and enough options for every member of a family.

My family and I reserved 3 rooms for 4 nights. We all live paycheck to paycheck and were all surprised by the extra $50/night fee applied to our bill without notice... We still haven't received that payment back. We all researched and picked this hotel because of it's pool/large hot tub. Upon arriving, the front desk employee was on his personal phone talking. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by checking in. I should have left then! After unpacking, we headed down to the pool area to relax after a very long drive. The hot tub was completely taped off and not in working order and the pool was freezing. We had to tell our excited kids that we couldn't swim because it wasn't safe being that cold. It was terrible. I told the front desk I was disappointed and they said, "Well, we just updated our website to say it is closed." We booked our nights via hotels.com months ago and saw they had pool/hot tub. My family and I are simple and do not expect luxury, but we expect things from the booking website to be accurate. The beds and pillows were terrible. While we were there, we all needed to have our keys reset at the front desk. I am very disappointed that our family nearly spent $3000 at this hotel and our issues were not handled properly. We were not compensated for the amenities we paid for and did not receive. The hotel is lying to us. Please read all the reviews before booking. I am not the only one that has had a terrible stay,

Perfect stop over on a road trip from Toronto to Winnipeg. Clean comfortable room. Quiet location. Pool for the kid after being in a car all day and a good price. Will stay again.

I checked out 5 days ago and they have 4 holds on my checking account, totaling $550. This has nothing to do with the room price, as it was prepaid. The pool was tiny and hot tub doesn’t work. No kids pool.
