Tru by Hilton Madison West, WI

Love the aesthetic here! Although we didn't get to play pool because there was always someone using the table, I still thought it was cool that they had one in the lobby. The breakfast was great and the flavored creamer options for my coffee were a huge plus for me personally. We only stayed for one night and spent most of the time out and about which is why the EXTREMELY delayed TV in our room didn't bother us too much. My family across the hall said theirs was delayed as well. Must just be the TVs they have. Luckily I didn't want to do a lot of lounging that trip. Otherwise, we had a great stay! Check-In and Check-Out were easy peasy!

The stay was great. The staff were so friendly at check it! Most places just take your card and don’t even say hello, so this was refreshing- Hilton always does great. There were a lot of families with kids staying here for a sports tournament which made me nervous about being kept up with rowdy kids, but there were no noise issues whatsoever! The toiletries in the bathroom were also great! I will stay at a Tru in the future. My only complaint was the parking lot, on my second night there were no spots left when I got there and someone was taking up multiple spots due to have a trailor on the back of their vehicle. I had to park next door and walk over.

Cool place and excellent rate mid week in middle of January. Clean. Lobby very hospitable. No kids around mid-week. Work-out area nice. But no towels. Would stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable stay - especially since we were staying over the Christmas holiday. The staff was very accommodating to the last minute changes in our reservation. Our daughter got sick right before we traveled so only part of our family arrived in Wisconsin. The hotel was very kind to our situation and adjusted the reservations accordingly. Thank you for the home away from home stay.

Tru, by Hilton, Madison, Wisconson was a very clean hotel and the staff only interacted with us when needed during our stay. Parking was easy and it was a plus that the hotel provided breakfast and 24 hr. hot beverage service. My family and I will look into staying here the next time we are in Madison.

Very good location. Clean, staff was very friendly. Fast checkin. Quiet. Has a game room for a little family time.

Very nice place to stay. My room smelled so clean and fresh! I love the different approach, it's fun, hip and has fun stuff for families to do. I was traveling for business however I still very much enjoyed my stay. The person at check-in on Monday evening was so sweet. The only thing I would say is the breakfast is a little meh, but that wouldn't deter me from staying there again.

We did a quick stay here over night on our way to another location. The service at check in and out was fabulous! Breakfast is available, pool table and other games are in the lobby which my kids loved. Rooms were bigger then I expected for being in the city, location was good and close to lots of things. Beds weren’t comfortable to me but I like a firm bed. Hallways were loud at times however it was a good stay, I’d stay again if ever in the area.

I wish they wouldn’t put families with small kids on the 4th floor because then they’re running and jumping around at 11:00pm and then again at 6:00am. Not restful at all

Great hotel. Nice dining area with games and stuff for adults and kids. The service was great. The kids loved the pancake maker. The rooms were really great and the beds were great!
