Did not feel like a family hotel more like a very nice clean youth hostel, very utility

I feel like the room could have definitely been a little more cleaner. As far as the walls in the bathroom and in the room. The breakfast was terrible. There was also a very large dog there that night that someone had on a leash. Not friendly jumping at my children growling at me when we got off the elevator. Definitely made for a frightful stay

Clean new hotel. In an industrial area. Was there to pack my kid up to go home for the summer. People were really nice. Included breakfast was just OK...

For being a newer hotel, it was pretty dirty! The rooms were horribly disgusting and not even vacuumed. Garbage around the chair tells me they dont move anything to clean. The sheets had stains on them. The shower had hair and pubic hair when we arrived so definately was NOT from us! The pool was clean but the hot tub was gross! Beds were not comfortable and small for being a double queen room and lack of pillows. Place smelled of cigarettes and weed, children screaming in the hallway at 11pm Wasn't too horrible for the price but probably would not book again in the future!

The property was great! Room was big and spacious for my family. Only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t empty our trash each night. Other than that. It was awesome!

Had very nice room with 2 King beds and a sofa area. I was there to babysit my grandkids while my daughter and fiance went to a concert The kid's enjoyed the pool. And the breakfast was good. Pleanty of room for the kids to play The 2 year old was amazed

The two stars are the location and the young lady who was there during our two night stay. It was pretty rough. First there were not enough towels, pillows or sheets for the hide a bed. Our room was a double King with a pull-out couch. The pull out couch had a stench, the kids didn't even want to sit on it.There were ants in the room, the shower had a red line of mildew around it, the Dove toiletries that were in the bathroom were half empty. The pool area smelled so bad I started gagging and just never even made it in. The children who were on this stay were sad that they could not go into the pool but they understood because it smelled disgusting. If I had been traveling alone and not with family friends I would have canceled and booked some other place. Again I'm thankful for the staff who tried to help in the best way that they could by giving us the towels and sheets but this is by far one of the worst experiences I've had in staying at a hotel.

I was only here for one night but for the time I was here, the room was nice and clean. However, there was a lot of running up and down the hall late at night by kids so trying to go sleep was non existent.

I have no idea how this was rated a 4 on Expedia, the place was like a ghetto. 20 minutes before someone came to front desk to check me in.I had to move rooms, rap music and screaming children. 5-7 people smoking pot out front. There were no cups in the room no hand towels no wash size towels. Trash in the trash can with no liners.The vessel sink splashed water everywhere. I'm particular about the hotels I stay in this one had a good rating but it was disgusting. Recommend never stay there.
