Wingate by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells Waterpark

Excellent place to stay with a family! Pool areas were clean and up to date. Staff was super friendly, courteous, and helpful! Definitely will be staying again!

Overall the hotel was nice but was not impressed with the service. The staff was not polite and did not say anywhere while booking the room that children could not stay in it until I got there and had already paid that I was handed a paper to sign saying my 2 year old could not stay in there with me. Secondly the lady at the front forgot to give me back my ID and Debit card after checking me in and never reached out or called my room after knowing where I was to tell me she had this stuff. I got home today only to find out she never gave it back and had to drive 2 hours back down just for the staff to act like I was an inconvenience to them and not 1 apology. I get that things happen but to be treated like that after spending over $400 for 1 night seemed extremely rude and inconsiderate. Would I ever stay here again? Probably not due to that. I booked the wrong dates and they told me they could not change it so now I’ll probably just be out the money and not return due to how we were treated.

Went on family vacation & thos hotel served us all well for 4 days 3 nights it was our home away from home.

Easy check-in and fast WiFi. Friendly front desk staff. Great for families! The only thing was the doors slamming shut loudly from other guest. Soundproof rooms?? I’m not too sure because I heard the guest sneeze in the room next door, but that could be the connecting door. It was good to see that the door from the other side could not access our room because there is no doorknob. Overall, pretty good for the amount you pay for and the services and breakfast they offer.

Excellent place to stay in the dells! A hidden Gem for families!

We loved our stay here! We brought our 2 and 4 year old and they loved the kiddie water play area and couldn’t get enough of the slide. The balls were a nice touch too. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. So close to shopping and dining everything we needed was right there. We would stay here again for sure!

I loved the kids area pool. I brought my two nephews and they loved it. I didn’t have to worry about big kids running them over.

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast offered variety and the pool was great for our toddlers.

Perfect place to go with a toddler. Also, the employees here are all kind, helpful and pay attention to details.
