My wife and I came to Wheeling to visit family. We brought our Kitty Scarlet with us for her first trip and everything was perfect. The staff were amazing, breakfast was good, and the pool area was beautiful.

The staff was very welcoming, hot breakfast buffet included was delicious (kids loved the waffle bar), the pool was the biggest highlight- loved the indoor outdoor experience, dual hot tubs, splash pad, & terrace with views. A great stop on our vacation from Ohio to PA!

Hotel did not have the room we booked and paid for. Reached out to customer service and everyone blamed everyone for the confusion for 3 hours. We had to pack our family up and find and pay for a different hotel that had a big enough room to accommodate our family size.

We stayed here with our 3 children while visiting Oglebay and our stay was great. The room was clean, it was close to everywhere we went and the breakfast was great.. we even had a surprise visitor during breakfast.... Mr.Grinch!

The staff, especially the night staff, were amazing!!!! We traveled from NY for a youth wrestling tournament at Highland Sports Complex and had a lot of kids with us. The staff, Taylor, Steve and a woman with red hair (I feel awful for forgetting her name) were SO patient, accomodating and kind to everyone!! They let the kids have fun, intereacted and played around with them. Even asked them each day how they did at the tournament!! Hotel was very clean. Pool/hot tub area was fantastic and breakfast was great!! We highly reccomend and will be back again next year!

This is our go to hotel when we’re in Wheeling for a Nailers game. The hotel itself is great but this time, we had a problem with the people in the pool area. There were probably 20 little kids in the pool with 2 adults that didn’t pay any attention to them. We weren’t able to swim until early the next morning because they were disrespectful, took all the towels and soaked them in the pool then left them lay around, has glass bottle drinks, and the adults smoked outside right under the no smoking sign. This area should be monitored a little more closely.

The staff was as good as you will find anywhere! Pool accommodations and reef aquarium made for a very nice stay for some out of town family guests.

This is becoming a tradition with us going to see the lights then spending the night at the Hampton inn. The kids love the pool and the suite room! I was a little disappointed the steam bath/spa wasn’t working this year I hope they get it fixed.

Great place to stay for families. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The pool/aquatic center was great for kids and adults. Fitness/Exercise room was fantastic. Would recommend this to anyone!!!
