The room was exceptionally clean and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this room and common areas were very well kept. The only negatives were the shower door wouldn't stay closed and the breakfast had stale food. That's not a big deal for most people but we were traveling with two kids and getting an included breakfast that the kids can eat is important to us.
