On the first night, the couple next to us argued until almost 1:00 a.m. The room on our other side had two men that talked VERY loud all night. The last night, there was a baby that was crying for much of the time. Both nights, someone tried to open the door that connected our rooms. It was alarming to say the least. This was our second time staying here and we were very happy the first time. Very disappointing this time around.

Very clean rooms, lobby and breakfast area. Nice breakfast variety. Mickey's smiling face greeted me, so I immediately messaged my family and friends to recommend this hotel. Best check-in ever anywhere!

Excellent stay staff was great was with my 5 grandchildren ages 14 to 6 the staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean and fresh, breakfast was awesome. This is our 3rd year coming to this hotel on our trip to see the Festival of Lights wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Thank you!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We arrived on Christmas night, so our spirits were a bit down from not being with family. Everything about this place lifted us up! We were greeted by the friendliest clerk and Mickey the dog! What a way to put a smile on our faces! Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. We had a lovely hot breakfast, and there was plenty to choose from. The decor was festive and bright. Thank you for making our holiday stay a pleasant, memorable experience. Highly recommend!

A clean reasonably priced, convenient and comfortable and friendly place to stay during time spent visiting family and friends in Wheeling. Will stay there again next time we are back in town.

Very nice overnight on road trip. Staff helpful (fixed my TV remote), everything quite clean and quiet. Room was tiny but well appointed. Quirky: no outlets near the bed that I could spot. Breakfast not the greatest but fine, though no milk or yogurt seemed available. Self-made pancakes might be fun for kids. Great value.

Front desk was extremely efficient and one of the smoothest check in's I've ever experienced. Awesome job! I'll continue to stay at this particular Microtel when I visit family in Wheeling.

This Hotel is the best around!! We have stayed here before but due to a family emergency, we had to leave early, they were so sympathetic and didn’t charge us for leaving early. The Customer Service is phenomenal!!!

Heading to Wisconsin to meet family for a vacation. We had a nice stay. Very quiet. However, the bathroom was a negative. Without warning, the floor tilted down, over a floor trim that was way too high. The floor was VERY, VERY SLIPPERY. I would have been safer in a traditional bathroom. Solution: change the tile to some sort of gripping tile instead of the slick kind. There is almost nothing worse than the fear of falling.
