It was good my kids had the time of their life

Me and my youngest kiddo stayed for 2 nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room and hotel overall were very clean and well maintained. The beds were not very comfy, but my 5 year old sawed logs both nights. Overall good stay.

We had a terrible night. Sounded like children playing a basketball game above us. Took it till 1 am then called the front desk. They must have asked them to quiet down and they did for about an hour then from 2-3 am they were back at it. Between them and the interstate tractor trailers going by on 64, sleep was a challenge. Never had this experience in our stays at Hampton Inn. Walks and floors are thin here. Shower floor had a soft spot. Staff friendly, breakfast options were good.

We were confirmed for a 2 queen room. Upon arrival around 11 PM, no one could be found at the front desk and girl sitting in room behind desk stated she was on break and could not help. After about 5 minutes of waiting, a woman shows up to front desk and checks us in. We get to room to find it is a king bed. We called front desk and she stated that there were no more queens and they must have made a mistake in the system. She told us to use the pull-out sofa for our kids. We asked her for sheets/pillows for the pull-out sofa. She then informed us that she could not bring them to us and we would have to come back down to grab. She gave us a sheet set that had stains all over it and had only one pillow left. My kids had to sleep on blankets/pillow we pulled off of the king bed because she could not provide any. I asked for refund or something, but she stated she could not help me since booking through a 3rd party site. Staff was very rude and inconsiderate. I would like to be reimbursed my points or money for this terrible stay.

Hotel was so clean. We stayed in a room with a king and the kids slept in the pull out sofa. Everyone was comfortable. All bedding was very clean.
