Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fairmont

Location was convenient to walking to restaurants and shopping. Awesome complimentary Breakfast it was more than my family imagined 😋. Very Nice fitness room and indoor Pool .

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating for our large family group.

The room was very stinky, had a strong buring smell coming from the fridge and microwave. Front desk guy removed the microwave, but the smell came back. Couldn't use fridge due to smell. Hotel was sold out of rooms with double beds so eventually had to be moved to king with a pullout couch (very uncomfortable) at 9pm at night with 2 kids and my elderly grandmother with no help. Manager wasn't any help at all when checking out. Pretty much said since I booked threw Hotels.com she couldn't do anything. Contacted Hotels.com they where very helpful, but the hotel only wanted to refund me $30.00 for all the trouble we had. Lady from Hotels.com said the manger would barley talk to her, got disconnected and wouldn't get back on the phone. So couldn't get the issue resolved. Still trying to get a full refund. Hotels.com has been very helpful in trying to resolve this issue. Will never stay at this property again and do not recommend due to poor management. The Holiday Inn right up the road is wonderful.
