Hampton Inn Bridgeport/Clarksburg

When we arrived they tried not to honor our reservation. Attempted to give us a king size bed rather than the two doubles(I had my two kids with me). We had stayed a few months prior and I confirmed our reservation for this past weekend in person. Room we finally got did not have fridge or microwave and ac unit had terrible rattle. Shower would not drain in a timely manner. TV remote did not work well. Second night there they were out of parking spaces when we returned. This is the second time we have had issues with this location honoring and Expedia reservation and they say you should have booked with the hotel itself instead of using Expedia. Will not be staying here again.

The pool was closed for renovations and there was no information about that in Expedia. Very disappointed as our kids are 11 and 13 and they wanted to swim.
