We should have stayed in Olympia area for the same 20 minute drive from our sports venue in Centralia. I have learned my lesson to never again subject my family to lodging at a casino. There is just no way to escape the smoky atmosphere. We left with headaches and smoke infused clothing and luggage.

This hotel is beautiful. Their staff and customer service is NOT. No one greets you or says good morning, good evening, none of that. I stood in front at the front desk while two employees talked about something on the computer without any acknowledgement of me standing there, not even a "ill be right with you". The grumpy ol hag at the front desk was upset that I interrupted her conversation when I said "Does someone need to let us into the pool or is there a reason we cant get in?" The woman looked up in disgust and said "Ya, we will let you in, in a minute." The next time I went to the counter for pool towels a well dressed professional looking gentleman was standing afar maybe back by an office or something.... And boy did her attitude and tone a voice sure change up from her ol raspy annoyed tone before. I respect the fact that you have to be let into the swimming pool (im guessing because parents arent allowed to leave their kids in there and go gamble which is smart) but the hotels customer service totally killed the entire good vibe and thoughts I had for this hotel. Customer service is very important in Hotels. Your front desk are the most important thing about the hotel since they are the first impression and usually the last when coming and going to and from there. Room's were quiet, clean, and comfy. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and just ignored the trashy rude staff. I will say the woman who checked us in was not trashy nor rude though. Uninformative tho.

The check in process was easy, and the motel was great. Everything was great except for the lady kicking kids out of the pool. Our older kids wanted to swim and they were told to get out because they did not have somebody 18 or older with them. Although I understand small children not being left alone I feel like my children who are over the age of 13 should be allowed to swim and not told they have to leave. Other than swimming there was nothing for children to do at this motel.

When I was checking in the staff member was really rude. She was really annoyed and had attitude the whole time. I had my child with me and she was rolling her eyes when I was looking for my ID. When I asked her a question about check out she said it’s at 11am with attitude. I was really looking forward since it has nice rating but I would have rather stayed somewhere else if I didn’t feel welcome. When I got to the room the room next door had a dog. The dog was barking at any noise we made which didn’t let me and my daughter sleep. I ended up putting white noise on the tv. I will not be coming back here.

People were great. Room was large and bed was comfy. Sheet had a large rip and the coffee in the room was probably the worst hotel room coffee ever. Other than that, great. I wouldn't pay over 150 and the only reason we stayed was for a family event. Room are a bit pricey for what you get.

No dining options for children even though website says it’s family friendly. Terrible stench of smoke.

The hotel was great. Only complaints were it smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby and through some of the hallways and the room was an adjoining one with some noisy kids in the other one.
