Best Western Plus Park Place Inn & Suites

This was the best hotel we stayed in all summer, every staff member was friendly and kind. It was my daughter’s birthday the whole team worked really hard to make sure it was a special weekend for her. Especially the ladies doing breakfast on Saturday and Sunday went above and beyond. Maria in housekeeping made sure we had a squeaky clean room and Melissa at the front desk was wonderful in welcoming us and seeing to it we had a great weekend and making sure we knew some good places to eat in the area. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, much needed relaxation after all dating being out. Zero complaints would recommend this hotel over all the others we’ve been to in years. Outstanding team!!

Staff were great and the breakfast was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only downside was the 6 un supervised and incredibly loud kids in the pool.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Bed was comfy, good shower pressure, clean room. I was surprised by how many amenities there were including a coffee/espresso machine and brewed coffee for any time of the day. They also had one of the best breakfasts for a small hotel- Standard breakfast, but with Waffle maker and made to order omelette. And the service was excellent! My family was just driving through but the hotel was perfect for our short stay. Wasn’t able to try the pool or hot tub.

This Best Western was great! The whole family was happy. The bed was comfortable,the room was clean, and the pool and hot tub were nice as well. There was a hot beverage maker with espresso, lattes, and hot chocolate that was very convenient. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. The employees were friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m so glad that our little family of three chose to stay here for the four days that we were attending a Christian Heritage conference nearby. Our toddler enjoyed swimming in the pool. Breakfast was tasty with a great omelette station, apples, yogurt etc. In-room fridge kept our toddler’s milk cold and his ice packs frozen. Good air conditioning/fan. We especially want to commend Melissa at front desk as well, who was so kind and went above and beyond in attending to our toddler’s specific needs!

The breakfast here provided many options. The rooms were clean and the workers were more than happy to help with little things that we needed. The pool, hot tub, and gym were lots of fun for the kids and adults

Excellent stop for families- there are two exceptional, huge parks for kids within a five minute walk that include novel play equipment and a large outdoor water park. Rooms are spotlessly clean, quiet, bedspread washed between guests, a/c quiet and strong, really comfy beds and pillows. Exceptional Mexican food restaurant, Tacqueria Juquilita, four minute drive away. Fresh ingredients, everything homemade even tortillas. We've eaten Latin food throughout Central and South America and this is the best mole sauce we've ever had- layers and layers of complex flavours in meals.

It was in a nice location, close to an amazing city park. Everything was cool. The pool was cold but kids still swam. The hot tub worked fine. Towels should be added to the swim area. My only thing was the lady who makes breakfast. She definitely doesn’t like black people she sneered the minute we walked in. Freaked out over spilled syrup from my 6 yr. Old.Checked on every other white family in there but us. The eggs and hash browns tasted like it had powdered milk and dill in it. We skipped breakfast the rest of our stay. Housekeeping is on point, the ladies at the front desk was cool. The maintenance man was friendly.

The only thing I liked about this property is the staff. All of them were very nice and professional otherwise I don’t really have anything else nice to say unfortunately.. when I went to check in with my hubby and 8 month old baby there was old food on the floor and in the bathroom there was like a used dirty bandage on the ground right in front of the toilet. Lol yes I did get pictures and no I wasn’t looking for a hand out I have worked in hotels before and I just wanted them to be aware of what is going on and rooms aren’t being cleaned like they should be.

Nice hotel was right where in need to be very clean rooms staff where great .. my kids loved the pool areas breakfast was great too
