We had a great experience here! The staff was very nice and set us up with the best room in the hotel with an amazing view of the bay. They had a pack n play that we used for our 18 month daughter, she slept pretty well for a toddler on a vacation so I saw that as a win. The staff also directed us to the playground that was only a couple min walks away, which my daughter loved! The only negatives were the beds are definitely on the firmer side and most of the pillows were very lumpy (thankfully my husband and I each had 1 that was usable), also the breakfast room is not in use at the moment so it wasn’t as good of a spread as we have had at other comfort inns. But I would definitely stay here again.

We always enjoy staying here when we want an overnight near our kids and grandkids. The staff is always great. This time there were some issues that we do not blame them for, the normal breakfast was not available, there was an issue with our TV due to a faulty cable (they promptly addressed it) and neither my husband nor I were able to access the WiFi. However, this is not our usual experience at this hotel, just bad timing due to short staffing because of illness. We will still gladly stay here again.

We stayed at Comfort Inn on the Bay when visiting family in Port Orchard. It is convenient, has a great view and is nearby restaurants. We will be back.

One of our beds was broken, and there was mold growing in the bathroom. When I contacted the front desk, they cleaned the mold but the bed remained broken. It was a struggle as the bed was canted and my son's struggled to be comfortable and lead to many arguments. Sigh, teenagers. They said that the box spring was broken, and they didn't have a replacement, but I still paid $300 to have my kids uncomfortable and fighting.
