Very close to space needle, a grocery store and monorail. Walkable to the beach and downtown too. Cute little bar with food just a 1/2 block away that is family friendly.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Seattle. Perfect location and easy to find. My kids (teens) were comfortable moving around the hotel independently and we all enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I would 10/10 stay here again.

This were our first time family trip to Seattle. I'd like the locations and everything but only the bed and sofa bed were'nt comfortable at all, it seems too old? Other than that hotel was cleaned, quiet, and service was good.

The location is convenient, and there are plenty street parking (the rate varies but night is free), besides hotel parking (more expensive). The breakfast bar is excellent! The service is average. Some staff was rude when I called back for billing questions. We were there in summer but the bed blanket was so thin and we even need to ask extra blanket for our kids. (I found we were not the only one to ask an extra blanket). The wi-fi somehow cannot login and front desk had to use different login to help us to get in.

It was centralized to everything we wanted to do. Love that we could have breakfast before going out to explore the city. I also liked that they think about our kids and they got a little toy just so they can feel welcomed.

This is our second time staying here and will stay here always. It's clean, friendly, spacious and dependable. The rooms easily accommodate our family of 5 without us feeling crammed into a space and the kitchenette is a great option. The included breakfast is great too with options for all and pleasant staff (even though they start work at 4am!). Thanks for another great stay while my husband & I caught a baseball game.

Our family of 4 adults were in Seattle for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. We chose this hotel because of the location. 4 blocks to the venue. Huge plus is the Queen Anne Beer Hall right next door. What we didn’t expect was what a great hotel it turned out to be. Huge rooms, very friendly staff and the breakfast was perfect. Yes, I could get nit picky and say it was dated and there was some traffic noise from the busy street outside our windows, but none of that bothered us. Would stay again.

We stayed with our family. The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast was amazing. Kids loved making their own waffles and the location was very convenient. Though they were short-staffed, they made sure all of our requested were full-filled. Would go back there again for sure!

the rooms are spacious and clean. beds are really comfortable/spacious/clean. i would definitely recommend the hotel to any family and friends.
