Wonderful breakfast, room with a balcony was lovely and clean and quiet. Great place to stay with kids!

The very best breakfast around. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the bar and dining staff. We were there for several days visiting family and had a very nice stay.

Annette and Lisa were so kind and very accommodating in helping us extend our stay during a very tender time for our family after the loss of my father and my brother in law's mother passed away within two weeks of each other. We look forward to staying again under better circumstances. The entire staff is very kind, the rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable! The complementary breakfast buffet was delicious!

Every staff member at this hotel was so friendly and nice. It was my third time staying there and they remember me every time I go back. They treat me like family. The food and cocktails are amazing as well. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We stay at the Oxford Silverdale when we come to visit our grandkids. We can count on the consistency of a great stay and good value.

We booked a 2 queen bed and a sofa sleeper. When we arrived they had overbooked and gave us a room with not enough beds for our family. It was a very rough night. They told us they would move us in the morning, but still couldnt move us til evening. Finally moved us at 10pm at night. They said for the inconvenience they would give us a partial refund but we would have to go through expedia since we booked through them. So I spent all morning on the phone with expedia just to be told that they denied my partial refund. Also the breakfast was always mostly unstocked and they hardly had any dishes in the room. I couldnt even mix up a prepackaged salad. When we booked we wanted to prepare our food for our trip. We could not do so with my daughters allergies. So between not being able to prepare the food she needed, not getting enough beds, and spending alot of time on our trip to fix things. We got a slap in the face by not giving us the refund they had promised. Do not stay here.

This is my 2nd stay here and it was just as pleasant as the first. With the exception of the ppl above us letting their kids jump off the beds and run around till 11- it was great. I did end up calling the front desk to unfortunately complain about it ( I didn’t pay $200+ for my room to listen to that) I felt really bad but it was to the point that it was blatant disrespect to everyone around them. The nice lady said she would talk to them. I could tell she did- it got quieter. I will be back. This is a great, clean place with a great breakfast and pool!!! Very clean

We had an excellent stay here! I was travelling with two young kids and we all enjoyed the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't hear a peep from neighbors, no hallway noise or anything and we were very close to the elevator. Breakfast was excellent! The view of the bay at breakfast was awesome -- we checked in a few times during the day to see the different tide levels. The free beverage in the afternoon/evening was a nice touch. The pool was clean and we had it mostly to ourselves. The staff was all super friendly and welcoming. There are a ton of restaurants, groceries, and other conveniences closeby. My kids enjoyed the trampoline park down the street. We just really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come here again. My only recommendation would be to add some coat hooks to the rooms. It was pouring rain the night we got in and it would have been nice to be able to hang up our coats to air dry, but there were only two small hooks for towels in the bathroom. There was a nice wardrobe, but our jackets were soaked and needed to air dry.

The girl that checked me in & out was amazing. Phone in room unplugged & did not work, no menus for room service in room and it took until 930 to track one down then too late to order, kids were hungry after soccer game, no ice in any machines that should have had it, food in floor at side of couch, last but not least pubic hair in shower! Not a very pleasant stay for 200.00 a night.
