We were staying at this hotel for a family emergency. The staff is excellent. Location is great. The hotel is going through renovations but there does need to be more. The rooms have been upgraded hiwever, the hallways need new carpet and paint/wallpaper.

Spa was closed and we weren’t informed about this, our room was not ready when we arrived, the carpet in the hallways and in the room was nasty they need to change that asap, it was so noisy kids running up and down the hallways.. we will not stay here again unless they updated things

We were staying to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. We were very disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance (my kids were very disappointed because after walking all day in Seattle they were looking forward to playing in the pool to unwind) and apparently the hot tub was broken. The hotel restaurant or martini bar was even closed during our stay. No apologies just joking about running away due to the craziness

The property is getting remodeled. Juan, one of staff is working really hard to make sure everyone is comfortable. Thank you Juan! Everyone is really nice and the singer outside is a pleasure to listen to on this beautiful evening. The fresh cookies are a hit with our family too

Our stay was good, there was a little mixup when we checked in. The nice lady behind the counter accidentally sent us to the wrong room which was occupied by another guest. Luckily the lady that opened the door when we were trying to get in was very nice and understanding so it wasn’t a big deal. The lady at the counter sincerely apologized and gave us a couple cold bottles of water and thanked us for being so understanding. We had a nice king room with a balcony and beautiful water view so the overall stay was nice. We’ll definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
