Oceanview Inn At The Arch

I was unable to check in until 4:00. This was rather inconvenient since I arrived after 12:00 to attend a family birthday.

No hairdryer garbage was left from the tenant before it was a mistake. I’m sure dry your sheets in the bed. Shower pressure was very low. We did not have a view of the ocean, which was misleading because we were told we would get an ocean view. The lady at the front desk overworked very stressed out, kids running in and out of the lobby. She tried to be polite and nice, but she was very transparent. Her demeanor and actions were short when we asked for a blanket. Didn’t have a good feeling as far as welcomeness . Overall, I would give it a 5 out of 10.

Loved that it is right next to the arch! Not even a healthy walk to the beach! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bad: Our room's bathroom was extremely small, the toilet was within 6" of the bathroom door. The flooring had some weird problem where there were pieces of flooring sticking up and big gaps in the flooring pieces. I had to warn my kids to not stub their toes at night. The cleaning crew didn't clean out the fridge, as there was a full coffee and a jar of mayonnaise left in it. I believe the property was currently undergoing some remodeling when we were there as the name of the hotel on the exterior wall didn't match the name on the office window.

Great place for families, closed to everything.

It was a quick trip, the location was great. easy access to town and the beach. The wifi was down that was not good with a teenage. The manager gave us a personal wifi password that was wonderful, but it didn't come in the room. Other than that it was a nice stay. We will consider staying next year with the other 4 kids and their families.

This was the perfect room for us and our toddler. Clean, quiet, had all we needed like microwave, mini fridge, and TV. Will be staying here again in the fall/winter months.

Great cozy place right next to the beach! Plenty of food attractions and great family friendly street life. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t provide any shampoos or conditioners or complementary snacks/water.

The room was a bit dirty and had marker drawings everywhere from children I'm assuming. Also the walls had some stains. Other then that the bathroom was great and the stay was wonderful. We were only in the room to sleep but man it's so nice to wake up and walk down to the beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff was nice and informative. I probably will stay here again in my future beach travels.

Nice hotel near the beach in one of our favorite beach towns. Unfortunately for us we were on the second floor and The people above us had small children who spent the whole evening running and jumping constantly I couldn’t believe how load and unbearable it was ,it was completely miserable, we went to the lobby to express our concerns and were told “there’s nothing we can do until 10pm” I was shocked to hear that, so they allow this until 10pm was my thought, what a waist of 200$, we should have slept in our car what a miserable experience for us trying this new hotel, next time we will stick to the ones we know.
