We stay here evsr year with the family , kids and adults love the area its convenient walking distance to everything , staff is always kind and very helpful

We were needing room for my parents and myself for the night as we were returning from a family wedding but wanted to take a quick side trip to the beach. It’s a nice place the trouble was while in town nothing was open for restaurants on a Sunday. We ended up getting some fried chicken from the local market for our dinner. Funny how the weekend before the July 4th holiday and things were closed. We still enjoyed ourselves

Super clean room, easy check in with freah baked cookies! Great free breakfast with everything! Super clean facility, close to everything! Beach, shops, restaurants, museums, family fun! I would definitely stay here afain!

Good location, clean, adequate rooms, morning breakfast. Called 24 hours ahead of our arrival to inform the front desk that our stay would be 2 nights and we would have to cancel the 3rd night due to family commitments. Was assured that would not be an issue and all was adjustable on our reservation; however, we were charged for three nights...a receipt for 2 nights was printed out for us, however our credit card on file was charged 3 nights.

Stay was good but why are all the BW toilets kiddy size low? I am only 5'9" and these toilets are so low that they are hard to rise from.Stayed in 3 different BW over past 3 days and all are the same. Should not have to ask for a disabled set up room just to get a full height toilet.

Great location and breakfast was decent. My only issue was the room smelt a little musty, we had to crack open the window once we got there. And the person above is sounded like they had kids running a marathon. Other than that, beds are comfy.

Amazing and friendly staff! Always ready to help. The rooms were very clean and ready to go. It felt like a family and a great stay. I already recommended to family and friends and will be staying there again.

Amazing stay! Truly quiet and the proximity to the beach is great. We brought two small kids and they had a high chair available which is always appreciated. Breakfast was very diverse in options!

Even though we called to have a conversation with the hotel before we booked about how they were handling making sure all patrons were wearing masks there was literally nobody inforcing this and there were dozens of people hanging out in the lobby without masks. Playing, jumping around with their families, making TickTock videos etc. Mostly around breakfast time but also in the hallways and in the elevators. It made our trip feel unsafe. I honestly wish we would have just come home instead of staying the night. It’s also frustrating because there were other hotels in the area for half the price but we trusted the best western brand enough to pay double for a space to stay the night.
