Quality Inn & Suites Longview Kelso

The room is pretty clean. The ladies at the front desk, Lorie and Elizabeth and the Amy, the lady who takes care of breakfast are super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay with kids. We came across several of other visitors too, they were pretty polite too.

Lori was very friendly, our room was clean, the hotel is located in a great location close to family. We will stay here again.

Comfortable and reasonably priced stay for our family.

I have stayed here a few times over the years, I chose it for its proximity to family. It’s nothing special but the staff are nice, the place is clean and I don’t have any real complaints other than the bed being like sleeping on plywood lol. Since the pandemic they have scaled down things quite a bit: housekeeping doesn’t come daily and there are less in the room (no Kleenex, no shower cap etc). They do have their pool area open again as well as their continental breakfast. Pic is my view from room lol

Room was not like pictures at all. Very dated hotel with a lot if things broken. Room smelled so bad, like mold and cigarettes. We had to run to target and buy febreeze and cleaners in order to stay there. In Longview its sad, because this is pretty much the best as far as hotels go. Pool was out of service the whole week we were there. Its the number one reason we booked this hotel. We were never notified of the closure. Water is either burning hot or freezing cold and it changed temps on its own without moving nozzle. We were lucky as we were visiting famliy and could have our child shower there, otherwise he could of easily been seriously hurt/burned by water. Could not use heater or AC in room as they both had an all new horrific smell. Door by us was broken and the lady at the desk just advised us to prop open. Didnt feel very safe, especially with all the homeless around area. No one evey came to fix door the week we stayed. Its very old and no money goes into maintaining this place. It was clean, for what the housekeepers could do, but all the flooring needs replaced, bathrooms renovated and needs new mattress. stains along edge from what we guessed was drinks spilled on it. Beds not very comfy. Walls paper thin, really you heard everything. Plumbing so loud, that when your neighborhood showed it sounded like a massive waterfall in your room. Will never stay again. I asked for receipt to be emailed to me, still waiting three days later. Disappointed.
