It was a great stay, staff was nice, breakfast was great. We loved that the pool was open early and stayed open late. Perfect for kids, the movie theatre and a Asian Buffett is in walking distances.

Disappointed their pool/hot tub were closed due to maintenance. One of the main things the kids were looking forward to and were not able enjoy. Wish they would have stated on the website that pool is closed . We woukd have went to a different hotel

The room had an odor, it was very run down and dark, it has old heating/air conditioning, and it was dirty. There were skid marks in the toilet, drops of water on the vanity, garbage in the trash can, grit in the bed. Something in the clock/lamp area was vibrating/humming periodically all night, waking me up and keeping me up -- I got about 3 hours of sleep. And, the towels are kept on a shelf beneath the vanity right next to the toilet (within the splash zone). On the plus side, it's convenient to I-5 and town, and the room is roomy with a larger refrigerator. However, it definitely was not worth the cost to me.

I got the room so my grandkids could swim and the pool and hot tub were dirty. One of the children stepson an earring in the pool, the post went deep into his foot

Everything was great except for no elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend your hotel to all my friends and family.

Arrived around 4pm to check in which started at 3pm and room wasn't yet ready so waited in the lobby about 15min with my family. Room itself was decent and beds were comfortable but bathroom looked like it needed help - ceiling had pencil marks on it and patch work, and I made the mistake at looking at the underside of the toilet tank when picking something up that fell and rolled on the bathroom floor - lots of black mold.
