Modern and exceptionally clean hotel in a great location. Close to major tourist sites and public transit options, and easy to arrange for rideshare pickups. The beds are spacious and comfortable, and also the size of the rooms are fantastic, especially if you are sharing with a friend or family. The addition of a bluetooth speaker is great, and the TV has modern apps like YouTube, Netflix, etc. Unfortunately they only offer housekeeping services every other day.

Paid for a room in advance for our Asian family member, and when she arrived the guy who was supposed to help her check in refused to take her card and told her they wouldn’t let her stay. She calls me for assistance, and the guy refused to even speak with me on the phone to get my credit card info. He kept insisting that she couldn’t stay at the hotel and he wouldn’t help. I told her to ask for the manager, and he tried to refuse that as well. However, we stood our ground and waited for a manager to speak with me, at which time she said it was a simple matter of me filling out a one minute card authorization form, which was frankly a small matter. Big take away, the men at the front desk are aggressive toward women and Asians, but are fine with white males. If you’re an Asian or a woman, definitely for your safety don’t go to this hotel.

Fantastic stay. We walked to all main areas (Pike Place, Space Needle, Capital Hill, Pioneer Square) you really can’t find anywhere in a better location - also as close to the tram it was so easy to get to/from the airport. Great local food and drink options. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We used the fitness centre which had everything you needed (incl Peloton bike) but there was an option to upgrade to a more comprehensive gym too. All amenities in the room were fab and easy to get more of things from the front desk like coffee pods. Overall we loved the hotel and would recommend to all our friends and family!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was wonderful and so gracious. One of our kids left their stuffed animal behind, but they found it hours later so we could be happily on our way! The location is close to everything in downtown Seattle!

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Seattle. They were more than accommodating and our room exceeded our expectations. We will book this hotel every time we stay in Seattle to see my family!
