Easy to get to/from airport via the light rail. Great location, walkable to all the major tourist attractions, many cafes, shops, and a target! I rated service as average, there was nothing remarkable or exceptional. They didn’t have room service, which we would have liked with tired kids. They did allow us to leave our bags ahead of check in which was great and staff were all very friendly.

Hotel and majority of the staff was great. Valet service seemed like a rip off so I opted to park my own vehicle in the neighbouring parkade. The next morning after being woken up by screaming kids next door earlier than my liking and slamming doors we decided to load up and leave.. The street front was full of cars in the loading unloading area so when I pulled around the vehicle it was still full and valet left another occupants car on the street with the hazards on. I was stuck on the street 10 mins before he was able to get his keys and move on while another occupant decided to take his time and do car maintenance of some sort while I continued to wait on the street. A valet came out to move a vehicle which I think was his own and moved it back about a foot which I’m not sure helped anything. We loaded up on the street and went on our way.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean’ however, it is in a very dangerous area with limited public space like lobbies or additional rooms to sit in, and very limited and expensive restaurants on-site. The hotel was rated excellent and family friendly, and that is not the case. The sun sets at 4 pm in Seattle in the winter, and thus you are forced to stay in your room at that time.

Thank god we only spent one night there! And I am sure we will never go back there ever again! Upon arrival, valet staff was not helpful and friendly as we first expected, then there was only one staff at front to check in. When we first walked in the room, it was not a very pleasant feeling, in fact I felt a bit dizziness when entering the room, not sure if it was the decor of it or it was some kind of bad energy there. We had 2 beds and one of the bed is facing right in front of a very long/ large wall mirror, very very bad in feng shui! In fact I couldn’t even sleep the whole night facing that mirror, and probably only got less than an hour worth of sleep…. Not to mention the bed is extremely uncomfortable and it’s not even in layout, but tilting towards one side, and you can tell it’s either a very cheap mattress or the mattress had been used thousands times without replacing one. The temperature in the room was also very odd, you either freezing or sweating when it set at 69, or 70 degree. Therefore I felt it doesn’t have good energy. I needed help and tried calling guest services, no one there to pick up my calls, I had to go down to the lobby and ask for help, this hotel is listed as 4 stars and I really doubt how it’s even possible they get this rating and in my opinion, maybe some 3 or 3.5 stars hotel will be much worth it. So please please save your money and your valuable family gathering time and avoid this hotel at all cause and you will thank me later.

There was absolutely no service. We went to dinner and asked the front desk to have the hide-a-bed turned down. They didn't. We tried to call but no one answer the phone so we had to use our cell phone to call the 1-800 number. He told us he was the only one on the property and couldn't leave. We waited over an hour at 10:30pm to get blankets for our kids' bed. Then I tried to call the next morning for a bellhop. Again, no one answers the phone. Would never stay here again!!

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly. But the area was scary! Full of homeless drug addicts, it is sad to see how such a beautiful area is now so insecure. My children were so scared they didn't want to go out of the hotel.

For the outrageously expensive price of this room, I was completely disappointed with the cleanliness. There were toddler sticky gooey handprints all over the windows. There were goldfish cracker crumbs ALL over the couch and in between the cushions, and on the floor--in clear view. The mini-fridge did not work initially. It finally got cool 6 hours after trying repeatedly to get it to turn on (which was too late at that point.) And, when we opened the pull-out couch to use (after having to clear all the crumbs that had fallen between the cushions from the previous hotel guests) there were no linens on it, and there were no linens anywhere in the entire room for the pull-out couch. So, at 2 am we had to call the front desk and ask for pillows, sheets and blankets for the pull-out couch. And take note: THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE. They have an on-site restaurant, but they don't have room service.

Overall very good experience. The staff was wonderful. The hotel room was wonderful and we felt very safe. You must have your key to use the elevators which added a layer of security that was very appreciated. Location is phenomenal! My only complaints are that they are fees, that added up quickly and felt a little unexpected. After reading reviews, I felt that we would be ok to have our two kids with us. However, I felt very out of place with kids as it is a fairly upscale place. My kids are older and well behaved, but we didn't linger in any common areas with them. All just things that I would have like to know before hand.

Nice room. OUTSTANDING STAFF that generously accommodated us with early check-in coming with 2 kids. On the other hand, I was surprised to see a mandatory daily 25 dollar stay fee that was NOT included in the Expedia quote price. That’s not transparent pricing and it is not good business. Expedia should more clearly warn travelers. The lack of daily cleaning is completely understandable given the labor market, but for multi day or 2 night plus stays the hotel should have some system to remove trash from the room.
