The location was great - very close to Pike Public Market and piers, and had easy access to public transportation, including Light Rail and Monorail (to Seattle Center - a great, great place for a family trip with kids). No hotel staff/conserges were available on site. But virtual conserges were very responsive and helpful - just sending them a text, they quickly responded and solved a few minor issues/requests that we had upon check-in. And laundry was free for use. All kitchenware and a variety of seasonings for cooking were also available. One thing I want other travelers to note is that this place is not a hotel - it is an apartment. That means that the building may be old; the floor, bathroom, and other interiors may also be felt more like a 'home-y' rather than a hotel. In our case, the duct in the bathroom was covered with dust, hairs remain in the bathroom drainage. The room floor was clean but not as sleek as the one in hotels. My partner did not like those, but I, actually, didn't care much as this is an old (yet comfortably managed) apartment. The room is spacious and would be good for a family. But, it is located in downtown. It gets pretty noisy outside at night.

The area right near the hotel was nice, however if you walk three blocks to the east or 2 to the north it becomes seedy pretty quickly. If you stick to the Pikes Place area its safe. The parking was a couple blocks away and it would be nice if it was closer or at least included in the cost. The hotel itself is fantastic. Clean comfortable and perfect for our family. We would stay again

The Location is perfect to me; I could go to Space Needle by walk with my kids(8,11) and Public Market and starbucks is located in a minute(I felt less than a minute). I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go-Library, shopping mall, Great wheal, museum, aquarium... Due to the location, I could forget the disadvantages- construction noise; my sister couldn't sleep almost all night. Smelly Pillow.....(but sheets and towels were clean!) Parking!!- there is No on-site parking! But parking lot is loacated 4-5minute by walk. However, I could enjoy the downtown of Seattle, so It was good! And, worker was nice!! -I asked about parking lot, he(she) was very kind and helpful!!

The location was about the only thing that we enjoyed during our two day stay. We had a room overlooking the dark alley, filled with dirty machines. It was so loud at night (sirens, yelling, garbage removal and seagulls at 6AM) that my wife and child bought earplugs for the second night. The interior looked nice at first but felt cheap after a few hours. Somehow we overlooked the fact that there was no a/c. We were given two fans but it was still hot and hard to sleep at night. I would not stay at this hotel again.
