Absolutely amazing place. Everyone was so welcoming. They made you feel like family from the moment you walked through the door. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

The check in was excellent—fast, friendly, and even a little bottle of wine. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice with a fabulous shower, nice toiletries, magnifying makeup mirror, and soft fluffy towels, The rooftop area was nice but very crowded in the evening. There was a small private area with tables right outside our room which was perfect for a family gathering. The Starbucks is right there and was a great option for a beverage and pastry in the morning. There were grocery and drug stores within a few blocks. This was an excellent choice for a pre-cruise stay, and we will definitely stay here on our next Seattle trip.

Extremely crowded only one elevator working very old hotel super small rooms for a family of four and narrow hallways made getting lots of luggage to the room hard. View from the rooftop was good but the pictures and description in the listing made it seem like a huge area super close to water

Maggie at check-in was very friendly and efficient and got our stay off to a good start. All of the front desk staff were excellent but the housekeeping staff seemed annoyed at our presence any time we encountered them in the hallway. The room was small but had very efficient use of space and the bathroom was spacious. It was clean and the sink/mini kitchen area was a nice touch. The rooftop area has fantastic views and an assortment of seating. This was the only public area that wasn't clean as I ended up cleaning trash guests had left since the day before so my family could use a table. The lobby area is welcoming and comfortable with seating and a refreshment area, the Starbucks connected to the lobby was very appreciated. The only downside is the elevators, they are very slow and one of them has the bad habit of beeping loudly at people for no apparent reason. On a check out morning of the departure of an Alaska cruise plan extra time to wait for the elevator as they are all full of people and luggage, we ended up waiting over 20 minutes for an elevator to check out and had to ride one all the way up or we wouldn't have fit and would have had to wait longer. The location is convenient to many restaurants with a pharmacy and supermarket within walking distance. There were a lot of homeless and litter directly across the street and we witnessed a drug deal in plain daylight so be careful walking outside.

It pains me to leave this hotel a poor review because the people who work there are excellent and sincere in their desire to make everyone comfortable. But this hotel is a dumpster fire because it consolidates cruise ship travelers to Alaska. The net effect is a lobby that is packed a noisy, kids running around like it’s summer camp, and general craziness. Add to that the rooms are ugly, small, and outdated. I would never stay here again even if it was for free.

It was my first time to Seattle except the flight transfers, so many good reviews made me pick this hotel. Four adults stayed in this room and the room was quite spacious. Hotel is bit old, but managed very clean with kind Front clerks. Starbucks was connected on the 1st floor and the neighborhood was safe enough to walk around. What I didn't like was the elevator, which was quite slow and the garage entrance. Other than that I and my family were pretty much satisfied.

Room was small, booked queen beds but given full; noxious odors made me and my family physically ill- unsure if it was cleaning products or mold but that building needs attention. Staff was very friendly.

Elevator was a little to be desired. The room was fine. Shower head hose could be longer. It’s tough for me being an amputee. No dining inside, a little inconvenient but walkable pretty much everywhere my family wanted to go.

I booked my hotel through Expedia and soon after that I had a death in the family, I tried to cancel the booking after 5 hours and since I was traveling the next day did not give me 24 hours to cancel. They did not honor my request and I think that is not fair

Great location! Walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle Needle, children’s Museum and Pacific Science Centre. Great pubs and restaurants near by. Easy transit access to downtown! Rooms are wonderful; beds comfy and Starbucks next door. We’ll be back👏
